Just a query to all the mums out there who have a BJCS.... I am currently pregnant with number two and am contemplating a BJSC to handle both my DS (who will be 15 months when number 2 arrives) and the bub.
My question is, do I need to purchase the bassinet, or can I get by with just an additional seat? I had a bassinet for my BJCM with DS1 but only used for about 2 months, and am trying to get my head around the cost of an extra seat AND a bassinet.... many thanks in advance.... |

I have an 11 week old and he has been in the seat since birth. He has a bit of reflux, so the angle of the seat has meant he slept amazingly well in it. I do have the capsule, and planned to use it instead of the seat.... But the adaptors are sold out everywhere for at least another month or two. The straps are large on him, but not really the end of the world. I probably would have used the bassinet had I know I couldn't get the adaptors for months.
