I'd suggest a Mylight but it won't make it in time for his birthday since they have to be custom made sad.gif

Like you my first son got everything, he had a massive 1st birthday party, presents galore and a very expensive cake.

My second son just turned 1 had a BBQ at a park with 1 other family and a home made muffin and no presents. If we bought him a present we would be just doubling up.

My 1 year old loves the fisher price bounce and spin zebra. He's been using since 11 months when he started walking.

This easter I'm getting him a little tikes shopping trolley, he loves pushing and pulling the pink metal one we have.

http://playsafekids.com.au/ This is where I'm getting the trolley, and they sell lots of other things.

A wheely bug (well we have the bee). Even though my child was similar to yours (3rd % didn't walk until 16.5m) he got a 'big' present for his first birthday.

It is still used by now 6yo DS1, 4yo DS2 and 2yo DD.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. I really LOVE the Mylight Lightboxes!!! tthumbs.gif But they are a bit expensive.
We've hired the Wheely bug from our local Community Centre for DS1 before. They are great.
I definitely have some ideas now & am not as stressed about it anymore. Thank you!! bbighug.gif
