Just wondering if anyone knows of a good supplier? DD loves one that we walk past every week but unfortunately it's too small for her (she's 4 and is about 115 cms tall), so I want one for older kids. I saw one for about $700 - are they all around that price? It would also be nice if it was suitable a younger child from about 2 (for the next one).

That sounds a very reasonable price for what you want.

My parents bought one for my girls that had some imperfections so was "only" $500. The others were all $800 plus. My kids do love it and has been used a lot so was a great present. No help on where to get them.

Have you looked on eBay? I've seen a few on there in the past which were reasonable prices.
