Congratulations Emiboo! That gives me hope! That's a very strong line, I was told that when it detects heaps of hcg it uses it all up in the test line which is why the control line is so faint.
Congratulations again! So happy for you. original.gif

Ooooh I just did another OPK and it's very dark. DTD last night but am going to give tonight a miss and go again tomorrow. DS was a one hit wonder so it would be amazing if we could conceive in our first month of trying with this one but I'm realistic that it probably won't happen.
Hope you girls are all doing okay original.gif

Starblossom yay for the positive OPK, best of luck!

My OPK was the darkest i have ever seen it today with the test line way darker then the control line (just like emiboo's HPT). biggrin.gif And my tell tale sign that its ovulation is back.... my nipples hurt whilst feeding!

Happy Daisy I hope your AF comes back quickly!
I have a quick question regarding OPKs.
I have done them over the last 3 days, day 1: 2 lines the same colour, day 2: 2 lines the same colour but stronger than day 1 and today, day 3: 2 lines with the test line slightly lighter than the control line.
Is this what usually happens? (I've never used opks before)
I assume day 2 was the test that picked up the most likelihood that I'd ovulate?
Nonetheless I'm pretty sure I'm out for this month. We DTD on day 1 and I was trying to get DH in the mood tonight but he is too tired and tomorrow he's going away for work. So unless we have another "one hit wonder" I assume this month will be a BFN.

Emiboo!! Congratulations!! I can only imagine how excited you must be right now.. it's really wonderful news and such a lovely strong line. YAY for getting pregnant while breastfeeding!!

Starblossom - yippee for positive OPK. Dhs can be so frustrating when they won't perform on demand original.gif Goodluck for cycle #1!!

Racheal- your nice dark OPK sounds very promising too... BEST OF LUCK!

Happy_Daisy- Hope your AF doesn't keep you waiting too long and you can get stuck into TTC ASAP

As for me.. Well I have been having some promising CM.. It's not exactly egg white but is the right consistency.. and there is lots of it.. OPKs still negative.. but hopeful ovulation just around the corner (been saying that for about 5 months now!) I daydream about catching that first egg

Hi girls,

Well after yesterdays super dark OPK it was only just positive today, you know one of those ones where its borderline as dark as the control line. But it was like that the 2 days leading up to the super dark one so i am reluctant to put it down as positive today into FF. But then it would only be one positive day instead of my normal 3 days of positive OPKs. Strange.

My poor little girl is sick today, she has a cough but nothing else. But she just wants to feed all day, my nipples are killing me... so sensitive when she feeds!

Well my OPK was back to being dark today. I did 2 OPK tests yesterday and both were that bit lighter then positive, and today both lines are equally very dark. Maybe its two eggs... lol.

emiboo any update?

stickymicky sounds promising, that would be awesome if you caught that first egg.

Starblossom are you still using your OPK's, what are they looking like now? I have a definite fasing in and out of O each cycle.

Happy_daisy i hope the next couple of weeks fly by so you can start TTC again.

FF is calling O today so i am 0dpo.
