Watching Dr Phil today I was stunned that the police ruled a woman's death as a suicide in a few days without looking at facts.

Fact 1: the woman's hands were tied BEHIND her back

Fact 2: her Feet were bound

Fact 3: She had a T-shirt tied around her neck 3 times with part of it shoved in her mouth.

She apparently hanged herself by throwing her self naked of a Balcony of her home with both her hands and feet bound.

Am I missing something or did they just go in with a theory and made the facts fit the theory?

A 2nd autopsy was done and that medical examiner is leaning more towards homicide rather than suicide.

ETA: the 2nd medical examiner pointed out the 3 facts and wants to know why they were overlooked.

I didn't watch Dr Phil, but I'm struggling to understand how that evidence could be presented as a suicide.

I agree! They're pretty hard things to connect with suicide, let alone when you combine all three... If it's that obvious to us, I'd love to know how the professional failed to see it...and what his price was...

I watched it. I only saw part of yesterday's episode. I remember when it all happened and it sounded dodgy at the time. There are way too many inconsistencies in the investigation. Even how the police finished the investigation in a couple of hours after getting to the house and the neighbours and other people who heard and saw things going on at the house were not spoken to.

I watched yesterday and today off and on. I am totally 100% suspicious. Where was the boyfriend in all this? Did i miss what happened to him?

See I missed yesterday's Ep and only saw today's and I was like when I first heard how she died then I was you have to be kidding me when I heard that it had been ruled a suicide. So why if we can see the inconsistencies why couldn't the police.

There were a few more things that the M.E. stated that he had questions about like the 4 contusions to her head that could have rendered her unconscious, the fact that the circumstances of her hanging didn't result in the back of her neck breaking or dislocating which would be normal in that type of hanging but the front of her neck there was a break somewhere.

All really dodgy to me.

It hasn't been on in WA yet, might watch it. But didn't the young step son die the day before, from a fall down stairs? She was caring for him at the time of the fall?

This is the same country in which the Florida police decided not to arrest a man who had just shot dead an unarmed black teen because the perpetrator said it was "self defence". RIP Trayvon Martin

It's also the same country that where a court ruling stated that you have the right to an attorney in your trial, but that does not mean the attorney must be awake Right to an attorney

Truly, there are some shocking miscarriages of justice
