I would make cakes and apples! My DD made a beautiful cake and a bunch of apples. They looked awesome.

An unbirthday cake and then we would all sit down to a mad hatter tea party to celebrate our unbirthdays. (This obviously could not take place in July when my family has far too many real birthdays)
