Just make sure bub is wrapped nice a tight with their arms locked in. They love it!

I keep to the same routine. My son has his feed, gets burped,nappy changed and wrapped. He loves to be held close with my cheek lighly on his forehead. After a cuddle he gets put into his cot to go off to sleep.

Warm bath, talks with mummy, (shes only 7 weeks, so i get her happy ), warm bottle, get wrapped up in my pink love to dream swaddle, and cuddles where she falls asleep for about 6 hours before waking again. These swaddles are great wish i had them with my son

Bath time followed by lullabys and massage = baby asleep soundly before she is even in her bassinet.

Warm bath, bedtime book and lots and lots of snuggles. Nothing more soothing for your bub than mummy snuggles. They're only little for such a short time
