Just make sure bub is wrapped nice a tight with their arms locked in. They love it!

I keep to the same routine. My son has his feed, gets burped,nappy changed and wrapped. He loves to be held close with my cheek lighly on his forehead. After a cuddle he gets put into his cot to go off to sleep.

Warm bath, talks with mummy, (shes only 7 weeks, so i get her happy biggrin.gif ), warm bottle, get wrapped up in my pink love to dream swaddle, and cuddles where she falls asleep for about 6 hours before waking again. These swaddles are great wish i had them with my son ohmy.gif

Peaceful Nights Sleep Fudge

1 Clean bottom
1 Belly full of milk
1 Love to Swaddle Up
1 Dummy
1 White Noise App

Pre heat room to 18°C

Combine all ingredients in cradle
Stir well using rocking motion
Fold in optional 'white noise'

Cover and leave overnight.
Enjoy with wine tthumbs.gif

a lovely calming soak in a lavender bath follwed by some pure baby oil for a comforting massage. No toys or music to stimulate, just peace and a cuddle before tucking into bed!

Warm bath, bedtime book and lots and lots of snuggles. Nothing more soothing for your bub than mummy snuggles. They're only little for such a short time wub.gif
