Ours is open for only a few hours a week. Of course it's not open today and of course it's the day that I need to go due to being a doofus and dying my kids socks red over the weekend, and hems coming undone on the shirts in the wash ph34r.gif (Yes, it was a bit of a washing fail weekend).

It drives me nuts. For a school that is SO strict about the uniform policy (right down to the colour hair ties that they have to wear!!) I think they should be open more often.

How often is yours open?

Ours is open once a week as well and only within school hours of that day. They say there is no way they will sell any uniforms at any other time.

Ours only sells 2nd hand uniforms, open 1 morn and 1 arvo for 1/2 hr.

We have to go to a dedicated shop - its a hassle!

our uniform is sold off site (at a shop that supplies uniforms for lots of schools), but the clothing pool is only open 1-2 hours a week (and they are the only ones that sell hats)

Ours is the same - drives me insane. It's open Wednesday 9 to 10 and then Thursday 2 to 3. And that's it.

DD has lost her sun hat rolleyes.gif and needs a new one. She lost it on Thursday so can't get a new me till Wednesday. Thankfully it's overcast and wet today so won't need it to play outside. She also needs a school jumper as its cooling down but silly me didn't get one when I got the rest of her uniform. Lesson learned!

Ours is open just under 4 hrs per week. They open on 3 different days (2 mornings & 1 afternoon) for 1-1.5 hrs.

I think it's fairly reasonable given they rely on volunteers to staff the shop.
