Hi ladies,
Just after your personal opinion, any comments are welcome. What do you think of the name 'Saffron' for a baby girl? It is the name of a flower in the crocus family, and its stamens are edible, in fact the most expensive spice in the world. We thought if we have a girl, I would like to call her that. Thanks! |

I love it. My DD is called Saffron. I didn't choose it to be different, in fact I didn't pick it, my parents did. When we heard the name, her father and I knew that this was THE name. The only other name I wanted to use was Ondine.

Reminds me of Christina Hendricks character in Firefly!
But I really like it, I think it's lovely. |
