Just had mine and it was$120 in Vic. None of it was covered by Medicare. No questionnaire and I'm 32 so not because of age.

I could use my referral letter in a couple of places though so ask around. Don't expect to get any Medicare rebate though

I am pretty sure that the nuchal is covered by medicare (if you go to a bulk billing place) when you are over 35. The nuchal before this age is not 'warranted' and so the government does not cover with medicare. I guess if you had some medical reason for you to be higher risk you would also be covered, like family instances, but totally sure.
This amount I think is actually outrageous. Most doctors offices now have days where bloods can be taken, so just book your scan appointment for that particular day.
Just remember this scan is only giving you your % of chance for a genetic abnormality. If you do come up as 'risky' there are other tests which will be more accurate in determining if the risk is in fact real IYKWIM.

Wow, it's definitely a lot cheaper where I am for scans! Dating scan was bulk billed, NT scan was $95 out of pocket, and all blood tests have been bulk billed

Not sure as of yet if I have to pay for any other scans. My 20 week scan is roughly 3 weeks away, so will find out then
