Huxley Dinosour teeth, I have those this month too, but hopefully I have hit a molar now. Katy D Looks like they are getting slightly darker to me, its a different brand than I use, but my -ves are almost invisible, I guess everyone is different AFM I am home "sick" today, honseslty I could have dragged myself in but the weather was so horrible the decision wasn't difficult. i am 5DPO and temp has only just had a genuine rise, last month was a slow too, anyone else had this? would a slow temp rise mean that the emby is less likey to be "supported"? My BBT are also low 36.1-36.2 and only rise to about 36.5 5-6 days post O My Ovulation Chart

QUOTE (Allie_D @ 08/03/2012, 03:31 PM) KateyDee are you sure you're not POAS too many times a day to pick up your + OPK? I read that you should not go to the loo for at least 4 hours before doing one, and to limit how much you drink the days that you do them.
Chillidog Still nothing! Yeah, I try to hold my pee for as long as I can before I do an OPK. So it's usually at least 4 hours between them. I got very strong positives last month and the month before, and I haven't changed anything (pee wise). I usually do one at 10am (this is when I got last month's positives), another around 3pm, and another before I go to bed at 10pm (and I'm normally busting by that time!)

I only get faint lines for about 2 days before getting a + then it fades away again, you've been getting faint lines for a week now! FX that hopefully it's not too much longer.

QUOTE (huxley123 @ 08/03/2012, 02:40 PM) How can i get on the 2ww list? my test date will be 16th/17th March ...not that I have high hopes as the only opportunity we got to BD was supposedly 2 dpo Chilli dog im 33 and have already started tests and ive never had any issues with my AF etc (althought the pill for 12 yrs may have masked any problems!) Ive been TTC for 6 months. I also see a naturopath. I dont think it would be too early for you to ask your doc to start sussing things out and hopefully ruling any problems out. My doctor is great and I know not everyone has one that is so supportive but its worth a shot? Huxley ask and you shall receive lol. Katie is the master of the list and she holds all the power lol. It's good that you're seeing someone already...i think i will still give myself until June and see what happens. Plus i dont have a regular doctor right now as my doc went on maternity leave a few weeks ago. I need to find someone new and i find it hard to find a doctor who i connect with and feel open to talking with. So the search begins very soon! It's only another 2 months...who knows what can happen in 2 months and it gives me the time to find the right person to be in my corner! I've never had any issues with AF either and have now been off the pill for probably 4 years so that shouldnt be making a difference now. It also seems my LP is a good length so that too can be ruled out. I guess the whole 'fertility decreasing with age' is my biggest problem. I do need to lose a few kgs so that is something i'm working on! I'm fairly healthy on the eating front just need to learn to eat a little less. I dont drink much...maybe 2-3 drinks each month. Thats not just because i'm TTC but i'm just not a big drinker. I also have never smoked so all up reasonably healthy.

yodie, i don't say this too often, but yay for AF, wishing you a nice 28-30 day cycle this month!
oh annabee, i'm so sorry about your dps work situation, horrible how so many people are forced to be contractors these days and the minimal work security that entails. will he look for something other than the QR security?
kateydee, i reckon that's a super question, not dumb at all, and i honestly don't know the answer, but i woudn't stress too much about removing cm from your vagina, i'm sure it's just a drop in the ocean (so to speak)
allie-d sorry about the bfn, but it sure ain't over til af turns up, and those nausea symptoms & toast change of taste thing sound rather promising
hooloovoo, sorry about evil af. treat yourself to some yummy chocolate, and maybe a hot chocolate/hot milo? and I think kateydee's idea of a scrubs or other funny tv show marathon is a good one.
chillidog, sorry about AF and your smashed vase, would the ebay seller give you a discount on the next one, given their packaging wasn't sufficient in the end?? i'd reckon you'd have more chance with them than with aust post. glad that spotting was only that. could be an eps? how did you end up going with your dress hunting? yay for 13 day LP, that sounds good to me!
fingers crossed, as hard as it is, try and keep your chin up and force that man to keep on bd-ing...
babydreaming, i'm not gluten intolerant, but i do have breakfast ideas - porridge (yum) and also, according to my reading, a fertility superfood. and quinoa, which can apparently be cooked like porridge. i love my porridge with sultanas, brown sugar and LSA (apparently another fertility superfood).
CPM - those are some nice BD timing on your chart! as for the temp, i'm not sure whether its better to have a sharp rise in temps than what you're getting... fingers crossed that a rise is a rise
louise how do you know you're out at 10dpo? has evil af made an appearance?
afm - after months and months (since October) of procrastinating, i went and got the first of 3 tests the fertility specialist ordered us to have done. this was a blood test, testing for progesterone amongst lots and lots of other things, normally done on CD 21, but for me CD18 as i have such a short cycle. next I have to get a fancy pants ultrasound, she said something about a "levorist study" does anyone know anything about that, I can't remember if I'm supposed to do that on a specific cycle day ( i think it was just the blood test) and the hardest of all dh has to have his soldiers tested. the tricky part about that is getting the sample to the lab within 30 mins, given we live almost that far from a place where we can drop the sample but the sample then has to be couriered to the lab. the woman who did my blood test yesterday suggested he create the sample in the car - eeks! i will have to call the company, maybe they have a room where he can do it. i am not jealous of this part of the "journey"! also surprised to find that he's not allowed to use lube!

Hi Joannasweet...Evil AF pain and spotting is here (sorry TMI)...I hope the tests you are taking give you some answers. Katydee: I think your OPK's are getting slightly darker. FX for a positive in the next few days! I really hope the Vitamin B is working for you. I think that it is the CM higher up that is responsible to supporting sperm life. This is completely my own explanation...but the sperm would start their journey north from same height or higher than where you remove CM to check its consistency? I think they need support while they are waiting in the Fallopian tubes for the egg? I hope this doesn't only make sense in my head... hooloovoo: Sorry about AF I hope you are having a relaxing night with your man.
