HI pre baby my periods were extremely irregular and spread out usually i got 2-4 in a whole year. I have PSOC so that was the reason for this irregulaity. Since my cycle returned when DS was 9 months (so about 5 months go) they have been somewhat more regular about every 3-4 weeks, very heavy, painful and lasting about 7-9 days which they never have before. But my main complaint is that for about a week after they stop i feel normal then i feel bloated, and have period pains and am extremely moody and have spotting most days for the next couple of weeks untill i get another proper period. The spotting is enough to have to wear a liner but not a proper pad. The moodiness is really getting to me i have never been like this before. I know i should see my doctor and i will when i get myself there but just wanted to know if anyone has experinced this sort of change after baby. Especialy interested to see if other people with PCOS have suddenly had there cycle become regular.
TIA and sorry if its TMI |

Did you ever find out the reason to your spotting?
I don't have PCOS, but since I got my periods back post natel I've been having constant spotting... very frustrating |
