Anyone else an American Idol fan? I love it...lol...

So top 13 last night? Anyone surprised? I guess my only 2 surprises for me was that Jen Hirsh didn't make it and that He Jun did. Otherwise thought that America chose the top 10 well and thought the judges picked their 3 well.

Totes in love with Joshua - amazing voice and also in love Erica.

Yep - can't believe Jen didn't get in - is the Joshua the big guy in the judges three?
I love him and hop he wins... my favourites go to the end last year and have the new album from Lauren which I enjoy...

Yeah, I like heejun, he does have a great voice, but i don't think he should be in the top 13, i think he needs more performance skills and i've only seen him do ballad type songs. I also thought skylar should have been out of there, she looks like she was being electrocuted as she was performing and her voice wasn't the best country one. I don't get deandre at all, it's not enjoyable to watch him, he's far too soft and out of tune when you can hear him.

brielle- glad to see her go, she's not a great singer. I though creighton fraker, was a shame that he didn't make it.

Liking joshua ledet, colton dixon, phil phillips, and elise testone at the moment,

I think they have some great talent this year (though still a travesty that Adam Lambert didn't win in season 8!)

I think Jen Hirsh has a great voice, but she blew it in the live shows (didn't produce the same "Wow!" moments that she did during Hollywood week).

It will be interesting to see the guys take on the music of Stevie Wonder this week -- Stevie is hard to pull off well!

My money is on Jessica Sanchez or Phil Phillips for the win. Joshua Ledet, in my opinion, has the most raw talent, but I don't think he will resonate with the teeny bopper vote.

It's cold outside, there's no kind of atmosphere
I love Colton. I think it's his to lose. How Deandre got in over Reed is beyond me. Reed is unique but marketable. Curls, not so much. wink.gif But given it's aimed at the tweens, he will probably go far. Yawn.

I loled when Brielle got knocked out. Bet her mother didn't take that well. ph34r.gif

yeah I agree it definitely was a travesty that adam lambert didn't win. Blew me away with his renditions of mad world and ring of fire.

How could i forget Jessica Sanchez? she is absolutely amazing that voice , the stage presence, the way she moves around the stage.

oh yay here you all are original.gif

agree with diandre critique too - I find him a bit bizarre to be honest. I also snorted when brielle didn't make it - was actually surprised she was given a second chance.

I love erica's voice - great talent there. also phil, colton and jessica.

pmsl - agree that skylar looked like she was bein electrcuted!

adam losing was ridiculous but he's laughing now - who won again??

Am loving American Idol this year (......and Steven Tyler!!). A few surprises in the top 13 - Reed should have made it before Heejun IMO. I think Jessica Sanchez will win it (amazing voice and stage presence for a 16 year old). I quite like Deandre (he's a bit Terrence Trent Darby).

Bring on Thursday night!!

Karma paid for in full thankyou very much!
I think they mostly got it right but yes Reed should definitely be there!!! Instead of Deandre... he is just weird!! I can't actually decide if he's talented or not!!! God and I totally agree with you guys re: Skylar! egads! She's a shocker! Oh and how did Shannon make it? I'm sorry but I see better singers at my local karaoke bar! So I really love Phillip (but that might just be for his name.. he he), Joshua, Elise and Jessica. Could be very very interesting though... they are all very different! BRING IT ON!!!
