It's Friday, or "junk day" as we call it
meat pie tub of grapes packet of wheelies 80cents to buy a small packet of chips This is her friday ritual. She eats well all week just so she can have junk day!! Wish I had her will power! |

I love Fridays - I hardly have to make a thing!
They both took a sandwich - that's it. School provides fresh fruit for morning tea, then they all have icypoles at lunch time in hot weather. |

All 4 take the same thing.
Mandarine + kiwi fruit for fruit break grapes, rice cakes with vegemite, popcorn, nectarine for recess Ham, cheese, lettuce on wholemeal, banana, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks and banana muffin for lunch. Water bottle and $1 for canteen. They have "free fruit and veg" all day in class which means they can eat as much of either as they want throughout the day so I always make sure they have the extra in case they feel like it through the afternoon between lunch and home time. |

But before I get shot down for starving my child, she is 17 and that's is all she wanted. She may get something from the canteen if she took money, but I'm guessing it will just be the peaches. |
