Taking the sun protection factor our of the equation, where do you stand on naked toddlers or babies at the beach? Is is ok? Or do you think young children should cover up? Just wondering where EB stands on this.

I don't know about the rest of EB, but I have never let my kids be nude in public. Too many weirdos with camera's in their phones. Out of the house you have something covering your bottom, feet and a top of some description.

I can't honestly say it bothers me in the slightest - in one sense it's quite lovely seeing liitle people running around nekkid adn innocent without the self esteem and body issues that will inevitably come with age.

I do greatly dislike it from the sun protection factor, small kids burn soooooooo easily!

Depends on your level of comfort. For me it's a no.

I would not like to give strangers an opportunity to take photos of my naked children.

I would also never post photos of my naked children on the web either.


Due to sun safety it's a none issue anyway.

I think it's perfectly fine. There has always been perverts about, and I'm not about to spend my life being paranoid one of them might take a photo of my innocent child.

Well can't speak for EB but I don't blink twice a toddlers doing nude sand castle building or part nude bathing. It's fine, it's never for long and as long as they're being very well supervised its fine. Sun issue aside of course!

And I know people will come in and talk about Paedophiles being everywhere and "people" will be taking photos and posting them on the internet etc and by letting them run nude on the beach is the same as selling them to a child porn site but I disagree.

I don't stand on toddlers or babies anywhere, whether they are wearing clothes or not.
