I see a bad-ass mother who don't take crap off of nobody
I'm shocked he's still there after all that's happened.

What an utter loser!

I asked him and I was told DH borrowed money of him while out of work and he was taking that back. Huh hey dude- when a person dies, there sole debts get written off. was my reply.

Oh my god! What nerve of this guy!

I'd be tempted to call the police with whatever info you have anyway.

Does he have evidence of said loan?
If not, he is going to have to write it off, and take that as a hard lesson learnt that you never lend money to someone without proper documentation in place.

Quick call Whine-1-1 & dispatch the Whambulance immediately
I don't think he should have until dinner time - he needs to be out NOW.

If he has a key - then you will unfortunately have to have the locks changed - he can't be trusted because he sounds like he is lower than pond scum.

You really don't need to be dealing with this right now. sad.gif

OMG I can't believe he stayed through the last couple of weeks. ohmy.gif Kick him out, change the barrel in the lock he had a key to (he may have a spare cut), and the only thing you should give him is an invoice for unpaid rent.

Wow, the nerve of some people!

Anyway why would DOCS have to be notified if you call the police? I wouldn't of thought so, but I really don't know, but seems strange to me.

But I would be making him go now if I was you after what he said. If he had keys, change the locks. If he threatens you go and get an AVO straight away.

How about you say to him "Erm no and I can't believe you have the audacity to suggest that a widow with children should be feeding you're freeloading a*se". Then slap him from me. The debt has gone with your DH and this guy is being a total creep. Call the cops if you need to.
