O.k So our Overstaying housemate is finally moving out tonight. biggrin.gif Anyway he has asked to have access to the pantry to take some food with him.

I am thinking the following:

1. No you work, there is only you I have 3 to think about and limited income
2. You have not paid me rent in 3 weeks, and still be eating our food.

Bottom line I am think no bloody way.

Give him $10 and tell him to stock up on noodles.

I wouldn't be giving him access unless I was there with him, keeping an eye on what he was taking.

Sure, when he back pays the 3 weeks owing, he can then take any food he paid for in the pantry.

Tell him he can ONLY when he pays the three weeks rent/lodgings. This way it will highlight to him he has already taken advantage of you and is cheeky in asking this favour.

Save me Barry!
I'd be going through the cupboard and giving him all the things that are in there that I don't like or are out of date
