Are you an instant coffee snob? (total fluff), Buying a coffee machine when you don't drink coffee

I don't really drink coffee. I might have one if I go out with a friend or having a bad day and need a pick up, but thats pretty much it. I really feel its now getting to the point where you are expected to have a coffee machine (or maybe its just my friends ) at home. Now, seeing as I don't drink coffee, i don't see the need for a machine. I do have instant for anyone visiting who might like a coffee, but that is regularly getting noses turned up at it. So, do you expect machine coffee when you visit or is instant ok?

I dont drink coffee either, so as DH is the only one, I would never entertain the idea of buying a coffee machine. I feel it would be a complete waste of money. On the rare occasions we get visitors, if they want coffee they have to make do with instant, I have never had anyone complain yet. In fact I don't know of anyone who has a coffee machine..... Lynn
