Hi,
I have seen some stuff on the Next Direct website that looks really nice and good value, problem is, I have no idea on sizing. I am about 165cm, or 5'4" and about 60kg. Here I am around an 8 - 10 in pants, I have just bought some new Levi skinny jeans that are a 26... anyone got any ideas if Next run large or small? They accept returns, but the postage back to the UK is a bit much! Help appreciated.. |

I agree the Next stuff is great. I havent purchased for myself but I have purchased for my DD but she is only 5. I did however find that they run quite big. Check the size guide and do all your measurements and just buy what size corresponds despite if its different to your usual size. I bought ASOS maternity wear (UK) and ended up with most being a size 16 when I am usually a size 12 here. Good luck and happy shopping.

You need to go the next size up. So choose a UK12 if you're a AU10.
Also, use the product code of the item you like on to search their UK site for customer reviews of the item. |

I have also purchased 'cheap' items on ebay so I can check size comparisons.
I'm usually a 10-12 in bottoms here and find I'm the same in Next. Tops I can go from 8-10, depending on the style of top. |

The Nextdirect website has the Aus sizes on it, with the UK sizing in brackets, so you don't have to choose a size up as such. I bought some stuff for me last week. I found the sizes generous though. I contemplated buying jeans but I figured that jeans need to fit properly and decided not to chance it. I stuck with trackies.
The quality seems similar to Target. |
