Badenoch are nasty buggers, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole as either a renter or landlord.

Hate to burst your bubble Caro but I currently rent a house through PPS and they are AWFUL!!! Rarely do inspections, can't keep track of who is living in our house, (it's a sharehouse), never reply to emails/follow up on paperwork they have promised to send, and are horrifically slow at organising maintenance to be carried out. We are begging the owner of our house (who we have to speak with directly because PPS are so useless) to change to another, more useful agency.

Also, I don't recommend LJ Hooker in the City for similar reasons sad.gif

oh. thanks for the heads up. unsure.gif

I used Peter Blackshaw in Tuggeranong when I rented my property out. I'd heard good things about them, and they didn't disappoint.

I was concerned that they might not want to take on my property as it was in the Inner North (and their office is in Erindale!), but they had no problems travelling.

Heidi and her team were fantastic - they were very thorough and always returned calls and emails. Good customer service can be hard to come by, but these guys were great!!

Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh
From a renters point of View Ray White in Woden/Philip SUCK. 7 weeks to fix a broken heater in the middle of winter, 14 months to fix a broken floor board(was still broken when we moved out) Tried to illegally up our rent when we were on a 2 year fixed rent lease without the owners approval(we were on speaking terms with the owners).

Rude nasty PM's.

Ray White also forced us to go through a 3rd party to pay the rent and because their system took days to process it we were considered constantly late with the rent because of their system. Even though we paid on time every time.

For those in this threat looking for a place to rent I know of one that is being rented out through the owner.

Of all the miracles of life, you two are my favourite.
I am good friends with Samantha Gibbs who owns The Landlords Club in Bruce. They only do Property Management. No
Sales. It's a small, personal agency.

Good luck!
