As the title says, I get dermatitis behind my ears mainly and it gets really itchy when I use s & c from the supermarket.

I have tried the QV ones yet they make my hair blah and by the end of the day it gets quite oily (I do have oily hair yet the supermarket ones seem to hold it at bay for longer).

I heard Paul Mitchell products are good for dermatitis, has anyone used them for this reason or can you recommend any other brands?

TIA

i use the Paul Mitchell Kids range for DD and its great. I also have a senstitive head and use the De Lorenzo Tricho range. Its the best I have found there a three different ones including a sulphate free one.
You can get them at any Hairhouse warehouse and they aren't to pricey.

My DD has just had a bad case of cradle cap at the tender age of 14 months.

I have just tried DERMAVEEN which is soap-free. It is a body wash and you can use it as shampoo as well. Cleared within a day, I am so happy with this product.

Hope that helps ! original.gif

Moo Goo shampoo is great & they also have a scalp cream. I have found it to be the best thing to stop my itchy head.

Another vote for moo goo, it has no poisonous ingredients either. I Ali like the Burt's Bees shampoo and onditioner.

I tried Moo Goo and didn't like it - the shampoo did not lather at all.
I used the Pantene Restoratives range and it has been discontinued.

I am now using the cheapy Natures Organics much recommended on here - it is ok but the shampoo is a bit drying and/or the conditioner not rich enough - I have been using the L'Oreal treatments after every wash. At least the itchy scalp is under control!
