I am only 7 weeks pregnant, but thought I would put this out there early on in case there is anyone looking...

hi, i am a 30yo mum of 3 who is currently 7 weeks pregnant ( due nov 12 ) and i'm looking for a doula/student midwife to help me at home prior to me heading into hospital as well as my hospital birthing experience.

i have had my previous 2 in the birth centre at RBWH and i'm looking for as natural an experience as possible, however i have since moved to the Fraser Coast region and my only option now is the local public hospital. I am sincerly hoping whoever i choose will be able to be a strong advocate for me as the local hospital is known for intervening. My first birth experience was not good. ( i was young and had horrific midwife's drugging me up and being rude due to my age ) I am now terrified of delivering in a hospital environment without a personal advocate.

Thank you.

I was wondering if anyone was studying to be a doula in the Tamworth area?

Hello.

I'm only 5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child but I'm starting my search for a student doula who is able to service the Brisbane South. With such a long way to go until "D"-day I wonder if it's too early to ask ...

We're planning a homebirth.

Love and light
