Hey all!

Sounds like everyone is just waiting waiting waiting and trying to be patient at the moment!!

Well I just got a call from the embryologist and such great news.

They told me that by day 3 they expect them to be 6-8 cells.

Of our 17 who fertilised we have all of them at 8-10 cells!! And the last little embie is at 5 cells. Yaaaayyy!!! There should be plenty to biopsy for PGD!

BF, that is amazing, congratulations!! Will you find out the results tomorrow for how many embies came back chromosomally normal?

AFM, after having yet another early loss at 5 weeks (unlucky #7), I am booked into PGD in June. In the mean time my FS is running all my blood tests again and I will be having a small operation to check for uterine killer cells. I have previously had the blood test but not the water in the uterus test.

Eskimoo & Madelem – hope the waiting is not too painful and goes quickly.

Fingers are crossed for you Fruitbat original.gif

Hi lollies, so sorry for your loss sad.gif Hope the time flies between now & June & you get off to a perfect start using PGD.

Waiting sucks alright.

We will get a call early on Thursday morning when they have had a look at them as day 5's to see whether there are any strong enough to test, then we will have to zoom up to the clinic. So more waiting, everyone's favourite!!!!

Lollies .. I'm so sorry about your loss and here's hoping you get some answers with PGD - June will be here very quickly.

BF - great numbers biggrin.gif I hope you get the best of news on Thurs. If they decide not to test cause of strength, do you still transfer as a Day 5 blast and freeze the remaining? My clinic is a little diff - they take the cell on Day 3, test on Day 4 and then they call Day 5 about an hour or so before transfer. Would be interesting to know what they do with Day 5's.

Hi to everyone else - hope you're all well
