Good Morning Everyone I am feeling so much better than I was. Not 100% that’s ok at least I can now start or continue doing all the things I want to do before the big day!
Only one more week of work!
We visited my MIL on her farm in Horsham for a couple of nights at the end of last week. I watched alpacas being shorn. I discovered that whilst I think that 9 months is aaages to have to wait for my baby to arrive, it is nothing compared to the 350 days gestation for an alpaca! Yesterday DH and I went to Bendigo as I had wanted to see the wedding dress expo. A friend of mine cancelled last minute and whilst it really was not his thing, DH drove me there and we had a lovely time. Whilst out my OB had tried to contact me, she is away for a couple of weeks and wanted to ensure everything was clear in my mind prior to me being induced. I am scheduled for the day she arrives back from leave. The service around Bendigo with VodaFAIL is hopeless, I explained to her when we eventually spoke. She said, you are 36 and a half weeks pregnant and in Bendigo! I think quietly shaking her head at me. Well… I can not stop everything! I might need to finish up at the gym soon and perhaps I need more sleep and have to be careful about my diet, I still want to do so much though. Needless to say I did not mention that I had been in Horsham only a couple of days prior! Kylie I love your furniture, it looks really fresh and bright. It will be good for you to have a longer appointment and a chance to discuss your birth plans. Whilst I can understand your m/wife’s reasoning regarding plans being changed if baby is earlier than 36 weeks, it would be nice if there was flexibility in the approach so that when you are ready to discuss any aspect of the birth or pregnancy that they would accommodate. Scooter I am glad that after being monitored that you were ok. It is great that we are all so well cared for by the health professionals we all so regularly see. Is your DH back now? It will be a relief no doubt. Your photos look great, I bet you are very happy with them. Such a beautiful old tree, it will lend itself to many a family photo as time passes by, no doubt! I have a few sneak peak photos from our bump photo-shoot I will post a couple a little later. I am planning on creating an album as a surprise for DH to show him when we are at the hospital. I hope that I have time. Emily I am fine really, there are moments when I am sick that I am very frustrated because I do not want to stop doing so much. I think this is why I sometimes feel worse and very run down as my body is needing a rest! You might have your baby on 10/10/11 - I like that date! I do not suppose the OB will let you go too far over, having GD. Is everything on track for you to not have to be induced? I am a little disappointed that I will be, though as silly as it is, I am quite excited to be able to have baby’s birthdate as 11/10/11 Mrs Emz How are you feeling? Frustrated for all the waiting still? Have you been able to manage your diet to keep your sugar levels in check?I love your photos too, that vibrant red really looks good. It is great to have memories captured of such a special time. Kitty Gee your blood pressure was a little out of control, like Scooter, too. Glad it has settled also. Stress sounds like a factor. Try to take it easy. Thank you for your suggestion of CommGateway, I ordered and have received the slings that I so loved, the peacock embroidery is really pretty. I bought two of them, one larger. It was such a smooth and quick process. I am glad to now know how easy it can be to buy from America on sites that will only accept American addresses. Amio6 Lovely photos! You look very happy and content. I am sure I will miss my bump when I no longer have it. Everyone is so lovely and complimentary and I love the feeling of baby bumping inside. Sjm218 our babies might share the same birthday. I love the date. I made a special request, knowing I was likely to have an induction, I asked if the 9th 10th or 11th of October might be possible and as my OB is away until the 11th, I am booked in for the day that she returns! By the sounds of things, when your stitch is removed, you will have a baby! How exciting only one more day, potentially! Kate-Ko I hope that I am unlike your sister, I would like to have my baby on the day I am induced. Though I realise I might not, I hope I will. I know what you mean, in regards to being unable to stop organising or feeling exhausted, I am similar, though it is being out and about doing things that lures me. I love being busy and I am not sure how I will do things when baby is here so find myself doing loads now and then being oh so tired because I forget that there are limitations when heavily pregnant. Your OB sounds very strange, with that line of questioning. Yes one pregnancy at a time please. I can not wait to meet baby either, though with an induction scheduled, DH told me the other day that it will be just over 2 weeks before we have a baby, it really dawned on me that this is it! Baby will be here very very soon. Queeny I had really thought that your babies would be here already. Next Friday is not long away at all though. Certainly a busy time for your family and so lovely for cousins to be so close in age! I hope that everyone else is doing well. ME and Girlo no doubt you are both adjusting to a having new borns and marvelling at your bundles of joy every day! Take Care Baire

Thanks so much for your kind words about my photos – the same photographer is coming to our house to do newborn shots within the first 10 days after he is born too. Hospital bag – DH is very keen for me to pack mine, is on my must do list this week – although I still have a month to go so seems a bit early really, but after he heard about ME and Girlo giving birth early he is a tad paranoid I will too. Thankfully, he is now back from his last overseas business trip and will be staying away from airports until baby comes. Parenting – is Baby Love a good newborn parenting book? Being a researcher I have to read something about what to do once baby is born, even though everyone has told me you can’t really prepare, I want to try to anyway! Bu,t I don’t want to read anything that freaks me out or is too prescriptive on routines etc. Emilystrange – Great news that you are managing your GD so well that you can relax and carry on without having to worry about an early induction. And thanks for the mattress protector reminder – will add to my to-do list this week too! I start my epi-no experience this week too – have been telling some (no kids) girlfriends about it and they look both horrified and ready to laugh themselves silly when I explain what it is. DH is on strict orders to leave me alone while I am doing my epi-no training! Haha! Ami06 – how was your baby shower – sounds like a huge party! Miss Kitty-Kat – yes, is so weird how bp can just change like that. Glad to hear yours is stable now. I have an OB appt tomorrow, I hope my BP has stayed down, am nervous though so I hope that doesn’t make it shoot up! Baire – How exciting that you have a birthday for baby! Wow – that must make it seem so “real”! Good news that you are feeling better too - spring colds can be the absolute worst. Did you see some great dresses at the expo? Hope your last week of work sails on by! Kylie – sounds like your work is winding down now – what a relief! Nice to finally get an explanation from your midwife about her silence on your birth plan – too bad she didn’t tell you this sooner. I’ve just had my 36 week blood test today too – my OB also does this as routine. We’ve been watching the rugby too, I’ll always be an AB fan even though we live in Aus now – was the first team I ever watched play, that and Dan Carter is my favourite player – he is both super dreamy and talented. (And let’s face it, Canada doesn’t have a hope in winning!) Kateko – god, that OB does sound nutty!? All those years of medical training and he must of skipped the lecture on bedside manner. I’m the same as you – keen for baby to come so I can meet him (and be done being pregnant!) and not wanting him to arrive too early, I ‘d be gutted to get no time off work on my own. Sjm218 – Oh my goodness – must be feeling quite “real” for you too now – make sure you go eat something tasty and energy giving after your stitch is taken out, if is fit is to be your last meal before labour comes on! Sounds like your Dr also missed the bedside manner class – geez!! Queeney – so great to hear you are still cooking those babies, funny how convinced everyone was they would come too early. Your family is going to have so many new members all at once. MrsEmz – Your pictures are so great – the one of you lying on the bench is my fave, you wear the bump so well. Sorry to hear about your poor swollen hands and feet – you’re not whinging at all, that’s what this forum is for! AFM – feeling very well, if a bit beached whale like. We hosted a BBQ on Saturday – a final hurrah before baby comes and much to my delight one of my best mates told me she is also pregnant, 14 weeks! She has always wanted a baby and up until last year had just never met the right guy, in fact had only met very wrong guys. I am so happy we’ll be mummies together. I have slowed down my walking now – the same route that took me 40 minutes only a few weeks ago, now takes an hour, but my OB reassures me being active is good enough and that pushing myself at this stage is really not necessary. So am listening to her and ambling along rather than speeding. Is kind of nice actually! Can’t wait to hear about ‘our’ next birth – I wonder who it will be!?! xx

Hi Everyone! Hope we are all well!
Ami - Hope that your Baby Shower went well!!
Kylie - Good to know that you will get around to discussing the birth finally! I had my latest MW appt today (it was a new one I havent had previously) and it really felt like a get in and get out appt! It was over in less than 15mins and that includes the BP, pee test, ask everything ok, check fundle height and baby's heartbeat oh and asked if I had been to the classes! We have a blood test too at 36 weeks. Next monday is mine! Yay to having the hospital bags done! I actually went out on the weekend and brought heaps of things for my bag because going through the list I had pretty much nothing haha! I really need to get a small iPod dock though because I will need music and we dont have one at home! Speaking of the 2nd bag - how are things looking over there for the second stay I think you were saying it was getting a difficult with where to go as places were low on space.
Scooter Girl - LOVE the photos, you look great and especially love the tree one! Yay for getting the same photographer to do newborn photos for you too! My DH is like yours and has been pushing me to get the hospital bag done - also because he admits he wouldnt know what I needed if he had to bring stuff up himself! I have just started to read Baby Love as mum got it for me when it was on sale at BigW and I was looking forward to it - it has lots of information in it but can not comment too much yet! I think for me most books dont apply to our situation and so it is difficult. For example working from home - having to work pretty much straight away but having the ability to work this around DH whose hours are also flexible and where he works is too. Good luck with the EpiNo!
SJM - Very exciting news about bub - definitely get the energy food in just in case your doctor is right!
Emily - Great to hear about your BP and that everything is going along smoothly for you!
KateKo - Another one here to agrees the OB is a little crazy!
Queeney - have been thinking of you and wondering if your boys had decided to arrive yet - obviously not though! It is great though that they are hanging on! Must laugh though at the men being interested in seeing the grandfinal! Love that your sister is having her bub too so close!
MrsEmz - Hope you are feelling better! THe photos are great - you look great too!! Love the bench photo!
Baire - Good to hear you are feeling better! Had to laugh at your OB's comments regarding being in Bendigo...its not like you were deciding to take a trip to the outback! haha! Definitely good idea to not mention Horsham! Exciting though about an induction date - yes your baby will be here very soon!
AFM - Well I had my breastfeeding class last week and it was run by the ABA - I really enjoyed it and was great to see so many partners attending. The lady running it actually made comment that its good because she finds that so many women are focused on the birth part that they forget most of what is said in the class and its up to the partner to remind them!
My work audit is over and I got a good result - I feel much better now that that is out of the way and I only have a few more clients with outstandings. I am even working on the ads to run once Squirt comes along so people know whats happening!
I feel like I have really popped out in the past week and everyone has commented! Another 2kgs put on in 2 weeks will do that I guess! Lots and lots of movement too which is good! As above I hve started on my hospital bag but also looking at more bras and its hard expecially up here! I am not small chested to start with and dreading to think how much bigger I could get when the milk comes!
3 weeks on Thursday till the mums arrive! And still don't have their rooms ready...hmmm yes leaving things to the last minute is a bit like me!
Belly Rubs to everyone!

Hi Girls I blame my phone for the fact that I don't get on here very often any more! If only I could post on my phone it would be much easier! I will get through a few personals and then give you all an update on Jordan and me. sjm - Any time you feel 'something' you should go in for a check up. Hopefully the stitch will hold out long enough, but there's no point in taking any chances! Good luck with finishing up your work and handover. Good news on the measuring! And how exciting that you might have your baby so soon! sjm/Emily - Can I get more info on your opinions on Nipple Formers? I was given a nipple shield at the hospital for b/f that I will need to use for quite a while. If I had a nipple former would I not need to use the shield? How long do they take to work? kate-ko Just be careful - even though our babies won't be talking for quite a while, I have been called "Mum" by most of my friends since Jordan arrived! I even had my FIL try to combine "Mum" with "Girlo", but came up with "Mirlo". Unfortunately, when he said it, there is no distinction between Mirlo and Merlot! Haha - He didn't intend to call me a wine grape!!! Good luck with finishing off the cot and don't worry about bub coming too early or too late. You'll get to meet baby soon enough! queeny - good work on cooking those twins! As for watching the GF on little TVs, I completely understand your Dad's comment - we actually think that Jordan came early to watch the AFL grand final!! Kylie - Glad you are finishing up your work and getting your to-do list knocked over. I can sympathise about naming a child after a sports person. DH is a fanatical basketball fan, and his idol is Michael Jordan, which is how he came up with the name Jordan. Even the name James is after DH's favourite AFL player!! Luckily I like the names so that worked out well for everyone (I had picked the girl name so he got to pick the boy name). Good news on the m/w appointment and on packing your bags! No surprises now! MrsEmz - sorry about your feet and hands, but not long to go now. And those photos look great! I didn't actually take any photos while I was pregnant so make sure you get more in while you can! Baire - that was sweet of your husband to go to the expo with you. And that is a good birth date I think. it will make it easy to remember for everyone Scooter_girl - I would definitely suggest you pack your hospital bag. Even if it sits idle for many weeks, my head was not in the right space to pack one once my waters had broken. I packed 3 tops and no bottoms! And don't bother taking anything that doesn't have elastic. No matter what type of birth you have, when you are sitting in a hospital bed the only thing you will want to wear will be tracksuit pants or similar. I had the Baby Love book recommended. I haven't used it too much yet, but it is definitely a reference guide type book (not a novel for light reading). Good work on slowing down your walk too. You will also appreciate having a walking path once baby arrives and you can push the pram for a walk. AFM - well Jordan is now home safe and sound!! He was discharged last Friday so we have survived the weekend and trying to get into a routine. He is feeding well and sleeping well too. We are lucky that the special care nursery got Jordan into a four hour routine so we get a nice break between each feed. He had a bit of a turn yesterday where he was awake for six hours, but then he slept during the night with a couple of feeds which was good. So our little family is going well! Jordan has managed to pee pretty much everywhere during nappy changes.... He got the wall and even his own face yesterday!! Pretty funny, but we need to learn how to change the nappy without leaving ourselves (and the furniture) open for spraying. Sorry for not getting more personals, but it is feeding time here so I will go and try to come back later. Belly rubs and pelvic floor (especially for Me and me!). Girlo

Hello Baire - Good to hear that you're a bit better. I also have one more week of work. I'm so tired during the day that I can't wait to finish up on Friday so I can have a quick nap during the day or just relax. I'm also glad we're not like alpacas or elephants for that matter. That would be a very long pregnancy. Don't get me started on Vodafail. You don't have to be in Bendigo to have problems with reception. I'm in the middle of Sydney and have problems with it. Queeney - Good luck for Friday! It's so close. It's probably useless to tell you not to stress but I'll be thinking about you. Can't wait to see photos of your gorgeous babies. Hope all turns out the way you want it to. Scooter_girl - you found a good photographer so I'm sure the baby photos will look beautiful as well. I have Baby Love; it's a great book although I can't say I agree with everything but mostly it contains very good advice. Manimum - DH bought me an awesome portable iPOD dock from d*ck Smith. It's a TDK one with excellent sound and folds into the size of a pencil case. It was about $99. He got it especially for the hospital afterwe went on the delivery suite tour and the midwives said we're welcome to bring one in. Good luck with bag packing! Hope you find some decent bras too. sjm - hope you get a break from work before the baby arrives. Take it easy. Hope all goes well once the stitch is out! So exciting!!! Kate-ko - your ob sounds very tactless It's not like you can do anything about being 36 or 'hurrying up'. Besides, it's none of his business. Lots of women in their mid or late 30s have healthy babies. My SIL is one of them. Your baby will come soon enough MrsEmz - you look gorgeous! I love that beautiful red, the colour really suits you. I hope you're feeling ok despite all the aches and pains. Unfortunately they're hard to avoid at the end. I'm not immune to them either right now. My baby shower was fantastic, despite the cold rainy weather outside. About 35 people attended, both family and friends. There was so much food. I had to do the decorations because the friend thatwas meant to be organising this wasn't well. We played a couple of games. The most fun one was pin the sperm on the egg. This friend who is a designer made a poster of a uterus with an egg and gave a cutout of a sperm to each participant. We had to spin around 3 times with eyes closed and then attempt to pin the sperm on the egg. It was hilarious, especially watching the mums and older relatives do this. I wasn't planning to open any presents in front of people but the girls made me, so that was right at the end. The day was so much fun but I was exhausted afterwards. I can now look forward to some proper rest instead of running around with work, baby showers etc Now I can start thinking about the baby's room! Ally

Girlo - these are the soft shells I used to bring out my inverted nipples. I used them for about a week (maybe 2), I never used nipple shields so I can't help you on that one. After that though I had no problems. Another thing I dis very early on was used a hand pump to suck out the nipple too. http://www.medelabreastfeedingus.com/produ...or-sore-nipplesAmi - so pleased your baby shower was a success! Girlo - congratulations on bringing home little Jordan! Mani mum - glad your work is starting to wrap up. As for being organised, as long as you have a caraway to bring bubby home in and somewhere for the baby to sleep - you are good to go! Scooter - time to pack the bag! Good to hear you are still exercising, but you are right to listen to your body! Baire - funny about your ob calling and freaking out about you being in Bendigo! How lucky are you to have an ob who calls you?? Mrs emz - your photos are beautiful!! You are glowing!! Kylie - it sounds like your midwife care is starting to come together even if it isn't on your time frame. I hope all goes well with your growth scan. Queeney - awesome that you are still hanging in there, but I am sure you are over it. AFM - off to doctor in the morning to get the stitch out. Dh and I have done some last minute packing, but I really doubt anything will happen!

Kate-ko - glad to hear all is well with you. I guess the exhaustion is only to be expected, especially if you're running around organising things non-stop! Nutso OB you had too... is there a possibility he won't be the one delivering your baby? sjm218 - how are things progressing for you?! I imagine the removal of the cervical stitch probably wasn't all that pleasant. Are you at home now, or were you admitted to hospital after the stitch was taken out? queeney - that is awesome that both bubs are head down and you can try for a vaginal delivery! Wow, only 3 days to go!!! Kylie - I'm glad you finally left an appointment feeling a lot more positive about your midwife. Is your 36 week bloods for anything specific? I didn't have blood tests at 36 weeks, but I did have a FBE at the same time I had my OGTT. MrsEmz - you look stunning in that red top! Hope your hands and feet are feeling okay, and that your BP is stable. Baire - yay for only 3 more days of work! And like you, I do like the 10/10 or 11/10/11 - I thought I was going to be booked for induction on one of those dates if he hadn't come by his EDD (07/10). To be honest, I was a little sad (for like a moment!) when my OB said we'll re-assess at an appointment on 11/10 if he hasn't arrived by then, but I'm actually glad I'm not being induced (at this stage). I keep wondering whether we have the same OB, because my OB is away the next two weeks too, and is returning on Tuesday 11th too! But I'm pretty sure we're on the opposite sides of the river. It's great that your OB called you to make sure you're all happy before the induction. And don't get me started on VodaFAIL! scooter_girl - my DH stays away when I'm doing my Epi-No exercises - I actually think he's freaked out by it too! He seemed pretty horrified when I'd explained to him what perineal massage was (it was mentioned in one of the antenatal classes, but not described in detail). It's good that you're still keeping up with your walking - only inevitable that you will need to slow down! ManiMum - glad to hear you enjoyed the breastfeeding class. Could you contact the ABA to suggest places where you could be fitted for bras up there? Glad that most of your work is wrapped up now, and you're just slowly working on prep ahead of time. Girlo - so happy to hear that Jordan is home with you and DH now! That is sooo cute about the peeing, hehe... We bought one of those collapsible change tables for that reason - to change Rascal in the bathroom in case of accidental sprays! As for the nipple formers, they help with drawing the nipple out by applying pressure between the breast tissue and your bra, if that makes sense. My understanding of nipple shields is that it also helps to form the nipple so that baby can latch to suck properly, but then bub will need to learn to latch without the shield later on as well. I'd suggest giving the nipple formers a try (can't hurt), but like sjm218 said, expressing is also a good way to draw the nipple out. I've been wearing the nipple formers for a few hours each day, so now they're perky (but soft) for about 20 minutes or so after I take the formers and my bra off (don't want my bra flattening all the work the formers have achieved), but then kind of deflate after that. I'm sure once breastfeeding is established, they'll just be sucked out more "permanently". Ami06 - sounds like you had an awesome baby shower with your close friends and family! I'm sure you're going to really enjoy the rest and time to organise bub's room after this Friday! Just make sure you do take time to rest, and not just run around organising furniture! AFM - well, I had an appointment this morning - saw the midwife, and another OB. Everything is well, but this OB wants me to go for a scan prior to my EDD so that we can get things moving if needs be, rather than waiting to do the scan 4 days after my EDD, which makes perfect sense. I finally got around to sitting on the computer, fiddling around with Photoshop to put together a little animation of my expanding belly! One thing is for sure - the photos are consistently inconsistent! I got really upset with DH early on about how inconsistent the photos were - some taken from an upward angle, others from a downward angle, etc. etc., but I got over it. And we didn't have a tripod at the time we started taking the photos, so I couldn't really blame him for being inconsistent. Having played around with the photos, I've realised the way I stand has been inconsistent too! *editted to resize the gif, and because the animation wasn't working.

Hi all Apologies for my lack of posts, I have been reading. My little guy has been waking up on average three times a night between 12 and 5am and then is pretty much awake from 5am. I am a zombie as a result and have been too tired to post in the evenings when I should have the time. I could do without it as I know I've only got about 4 weeks left to try and get any decent sleep. Sjm I think you'll get your VBAC, chances seem good given your current situation. I've got my fingers crossed for you. A friend of mine had an unexpected VBAC on Monday, I am very encouraged (she was due for C/S the following day)! Emily you look great, certainly 'all baby' as people tend to say! When I had DS I was told my the nursing staff at the hospital that I had 'flatish' nipples (funny all these things we find out) and while I had issues with delayed milk I didn't have any attachment issues, DS was on the first time. This time around I have noticed that my nipples have changed, definitely not flat, so I guess your body can adapt and do what it is designed to do. I got my Epi-No yesterday, haven't tried it yet! Ami glad the shower went well, sounds like it was a great giggle! Yay, Girlo to have Jordan home! The four hour routine sounds great. I recall I had no idea about setting up a routine after DS. I was just going with the flow. Once I did try and have a routine things fell into place and became a lot easier. ManiMum, I got told by a proper fitter that when trying on maternity bras to put a fist in the top part near the strap and if there was room for that then there will be enough room once your milk comes in. HTH a little! Sccoter_girl, the photos are amazing, congratulations. I love the book BabyLove and got the Mighty Toddle once DS hit one. Robyn Barker says not to read the book cover to cover, to treat it more like a reference book but I read it cover to cover and found it great. She's very practical and straight-forward, and presents options without too much personal bias (perhaps just the section on teething would have a few disagree) so it's definitely not prescriptive nor a parenting 'style'. Baire, glad you got the sling! It will be lovely to be out and about with baby in something that you really love. I would love to go to that wedding dress expo - a friend of mine is actually working there so I have even more reason to go but at this late stage I can't see it happening. MrsEmz "I am getting that TOTALLY OVER IT, HURRY UP!! feeling.... " I completely agree - and I think it is perfectly acceptable to be whinging at this stage! Kylie, based on your photos you don't look like a very big person so I can't image that you would carry a huge baby anyway! As long as bub is growing, that's the main thing isn't it? Glad you've got that big appointment coming up to discuss everything. My OB asked me yesterday if I had any questions (I usually have a list) and I said no. He looked at me and laughed. So I thought of a few on the spot Queeny you have done so well to get as far as you have with twins! I feel like my tummy sticks out so far already I simply could not imagine having two inside. I wonder if you'll make your induction date or if you'll be posting with some news soon...? Kate-Ko, I'm with others on this, your OB sounds like he doesn't have the greatest bedside manner. Honestly, I don't care how educated and experienced he is, he has as much idea when the baby is going to arrive as anyone else does. You're 36 weeks so there's still a month to go, give or take a week more or less - is that what he was trying to say perhaps?!! AFM... well a couple of you have mentioned you think you should be slowing down and not over-doing it. I had a good lesson in that on Monday. I moved some furniture (wasn't thinking, just did) Monday morning. By 4.30 I was having terrible pain in my abdomen on one side, consistent pain, not contracting. By 5.30 I was in hospital. CTG showed bub was fine, I was given some painkillers and had to stay in for observation until 9.30. It took me a while to connect the moving of the furniture with the pain. I have torn a ligament or muscle in the stomach so no picking up DS or doing much for a few days. Everyone is a bit cross at me and rightly so, I think. Hope you all are resting!

Hi Everyone It is so exciting that we are all so close to welcoming our new bundles into the world! I had a heart and movement monitoring session yesterday, baby was very unaccommodating, until I changed position a few times. I also saw my replacement OB for a check-up. Everything is fine and we are on track for baby to be here in 13 days!!!!! We also had a TENS machine class yesterday and I think it is more worthwhile to buy a machine than to hire one. My private health cover offers a 75% rebate for a purchased machine, nothing if we were to hire one. Perhaps something some of you may also be able to look into. Emily I think you mentioned buying one too, are you able to let me know where you bought yours from? I am looking at the different types and costs at the moment. They vary a lot. I was thinking about having essential oils for during labour and considered that perhaps a flame in the delivery suite is not such a good idea. On contacting the hospital, they prefer that an electronic burner is used. Whilst I finish work on Friday, there is so much still happening! On Monday I am attending a breastfeeding workshop and seeing my endoncrinologist. On Tuesday I am seeing my OB. I have a pregnancy massage and pampering session booked for Wednesday which look forward to and then for the rest of the week perhaps I will relax or tick a few more things of on my To Do list. Phew! And to think I thought I might be bore, waiting for baby! Scooter it is so exciting that you and your friend will have babies growing up together! I was also recently very excited to hear that my step sister (who sadly has miscarried twice previously) is 12 weeks pregnant! Good idea to slow down your walking. I have finished at the gym for the time being, I will walk as much as I can still though. At a very slow pace no doubt! Manimum I know, Bendigo is not exactly the middle of nowhere! I am glad that you enjoyed your breastfeeding class, I have one next Monday at the hospital, it was specified to be ladies only though. A little shame as reading your experience, it may have been helpful for DH to be there. It is great that your audit went well and hopefully it is not long until you can have a break from work. Girlo what sort of a phone do you have? With the iPhone (& iPad) I find that using the Fast Reply button works, though the AddReply button doesn’t. My DH is very sweet. I often leave things on the floor, my bags, washing, books etc he puts everything on the bed or drawers for me now, to make it easier for me to pick them up. Does not mention it, I notice and think awww. How lovely for you to have Jordan home and for him to be in a 4 hour routine is great! Ami06 Not long until we both finish work! Exciting though daunting! I know! Vodafail does not work for me at home even, 15km out of Melbourne! We are looking breaking our plans and changing to Telstra. Your Baby Shower sounds like lots of fun. I love the sound of the pin the sperm on the egg game. Sjm218 I am very lucky to have my OB call, she is lovely. I hope having the stitch out has not made you too uncomfortable. I do not think it will be long until we hear of your new arrival! Emily Yep, can not wait until I have finished work, I am not being very productive! We may well have the same OB, mine is based at St Vincent’s Private. I am much more freaked out about the Epi-No, than my DH, nothing like that bother s him. He even suggested that he could perhaps help in that regard! Ah " no thank you! I can not even bring myself to think about using an Epi-No you are brave as far as I am concerned, Emily! I can not see your animation, I like the still shot that appears. A lovely neat bump. My photos are inconsistent too, I have them in my journal, week by week, I am not sure what else I will do with them. A series of photos showing my growing bump might not really work because of the various angles each photo is. Oh well I have them that’s the main thing. Take Care Baire
