I went to my midwifes appointment today and told her about what has been going on, that being that on saturday I lost some mucus that dosent look like the norm and it was qute a big chunck for what I am used to, about the size of a 5c piece, sorry if its TMI, and period cramps coming every day now for half an hour or so, long story short she said that things are starting to happen! YAY my baby boy might actually be late! LOL If he is oh well but I only have 3 weeks and 5 days to go so lets hope that the midwife was right and this little man wont be late like my first!! biggrin.gif
I will be starting to drink raspberry leaf tea on Sunday (that marks 37weeks biggrin.gif)
YAY!! Was so happy I had to tell someone!

I doubt I will be holding my baby any time soon, though it's probably a good thing as my Ob is away until about Sept 10th!

Yay for some September baby action! I'm due a few days before you but this bubba looks to be camped out for the long haul!

I'm taking raspberry leaf capsules, started last week. As far as I'm aware they help to tone the uterus for more efficient labour, but don't actually help induce it.

I have some job interviews to get through next week (mad, I know!), then I'll be getting straight into the natural induction things like curries, DTD, clary sage etc, and acupuncture once I get to 40 weeks.

Good luck and I hope things get moving for you soon!
