Hi all

I flagged this in the general thread, but thought I could just start one of its own!

I am of two minds about this- in previous DIGs people would buddy up and share contact details so the buddy could post information of a birth to let everyone know.

However, so many people have access to the internet 24/7 these days, maybe it's redundant now as they can post their own birth notice?

So, thoughts?

If people would like to buddy up, I am happy to facilitate that.

Maybe just those of us who don't have Internet access on their phones, or who would like to have someone to announce for them. I think I'll be right. But I'm happy to announce for anyone.

Thanks for thinking of this kate-ko - very thoughtful of you. I'm a 24/7 web connected type, so will be easy for me to post my birth announcement to EB.

I don't know why, but I can't post on this website from my phone!
I have an iPhone 3, so will try from DH's phone which is the iPhone 4...
If I can get that to work I should be fine. If not, I would appreciate being able to pass on an announcement message!

Arrghh!

Nope, doesn't work from DH's phone either. Can everyone else post on an iPhone? I can't click on the text box and no keyboard appears.

Anyway, on that note, I would love to buddy up with someone for the announcement. Just tell me what to do!

Thanks heaps!
