So to get us started:
User name: Kya Due date: 23 February My location: Inner West, Sydney Hospital: Birth Centre, RPA Nickname for bub: Ziggy A bit about me: I am a SAHM to DS who is 14 months old. DH and I have spent the last 3 years living in London (where DS was born). We moved back to Sydney at Easter and have been settling back into life here and slowly unpacking. Really, really hoping and trying for a VBAC this time about. DS was 14 days overdue and I was so sick of my phone going off that we are only going to tell people that we are due at the end of Feb this time, rather than the due date! My pregnancy so far: MS has not been too bad this time around and is thankfully incontrol though Maxalon. Very, very tired and going down for a nap every time DS has one! Have had lots of spotting and bleeding over the past few weeks and found out last week that I have a subchoronic hematoma in my uterus that will most likely keep bleeding until around 15 weeks, so stressing less now I know that. Very bloated already. Gender predicition: Maybe a girl Strangest craving so far: A sudden and very important urge for Saralee chocolate cake. I HAD TO have it!
So that's me! Feel free to add your own

Hello, Nice idea for us to introduce ourselves here..........here's my little bit: User name: danistar76 Due date: 8th Feb (initial scan showed EDD at 5/2/12, but OB keeping it at 8th Feb for now - have 12 week scan on Friday so it could still change) My location: Melbourne Hospital: Frances Perry House Nickname for bub: Alien A bit about me: First time being pregnant and freaking out. Work in the IT industry and am so ready for a change in my life, what better change than becoming a mummy. Hubby is excited about becoming a dad. Been married almost 8 years, been together 13 - I've not long turned 35, hubby turning 37 at end of the year. Family very excited for us!!! My pregnancy so far: Mostly afternoon/evening nausea, no vomiting (thank goodness), it's starting to ease off a bit, but was then replaced with horrible indigestion/heartburn/burping after I eat anything........now taking Zantac to alleviate. Can't wait for my 12 week scan.......really want to know that everything is OK and baby is healthy so I can stop freaking out so much!!! Gender prediction: As long as it's healthy we don't mind what we get (I'm secretly wanting a girl) Strangest craving so far: Mmmmmm nothing yet, but I eat strange things anyway - like Vegemite on pancakes and dipping chips into thickshakes and sundaes Looking forward to virtually meeting everyone

User name: broncosbabe Due date: 24/2/12 My location: Brisbane Hospital: Mater Mother's Private Redlands Nickname for bub: Nothing really yet - DP jut calls it bub A bit about me: I am 23 year old childcare worker and my DP is 22 and is an apprentice and we have been together for a year. We live together with my 3 year old Kelpie x Cattle dog and my Blue tongue lizard in Brisbane. This baby will be our first and was a real surprise to us as we weren't trying and I have had PCOS since I was 13, so had always been lead to believe that it would take ages for me to fall pregnant, and most likely I would have to be on fertility tablets. My pregnancy so far: Very, very easy compared to what other's are going through. I have had the extreme fatigue and am using some lunch breaks to nap, but (touchwood) no MS as such yet, just the odd nausea waves. I had two tiny little bits of spotting back at 5 weeks, but all showed up good on my first ultrasound, so very relieved there. I have been getting reflux, but had severe problems requiring surgery with this back when I was 17, so I think I ignore it as being a part of my life more so than others. We told everyone by last week, DP couldn't resist any longer. His parents are a bit cautious with it (apparently nobody has kids at 22 these days....) his sister is excited, my parents and brother are excited too, and my grandparents are over the moon. This will be the first grandchild on both sides, and the first great-grandchild. Gender prediction: I am thinking a girl, but the old wive's tales so far point to a boy. Strangest craving so far: Have only really had two of these - Garlic bread dipped in ketchup, and plain pasta with parmesan cheese.
I am so over the baby books, I just check the What to Expect each week to see what's going on, but find the forums so much more useful as we are all going through this experience together, and was especially useful before we had told anyone our news. Next scan is at my first OB appt next Wednesday, then NT scan on Ekka Wednesday. Hope it is all smooth sailing from here on in for us all.

User name: Corlia Due date: 10 Feb My location: Perth Hospital: Joondalup, but thinking of switching to King Edward Nickname for bub: Jellybean A bit about me: Im 26, married for 3 years, studying full time at university while also working as a casual in retail. My husband works full time and spends a LOT of time also pursuing his professional darts career after work hours. My pregnancy so far: After 5 weeks of constant vomiting, crying, vomiting, having no appetite, and being nauseas 24/7 I have finally caught a break over the weekend and seem to be doing a lot better now. Might be over the worst of it!! I am now 11 weeks and 4 days. Gender prediction: Thinking it might be a girl. Strangest craving so far: Fruit salad, strawberries, Up&Go and all other kinds of fruit. For me this is strange because Im a 'salt' person and have never been a fruit person.

User name: OsMummy
Due date: 12th Feb 2012 but likely to deliver around December
My location: We live in Sydney by the beaches
Hospital: RNS Hospital
Nickname for bub: Our DS calls them "Baby Ballerinas"
A bit about me: I'm 30, I'm an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Sara Lee so the lady who craves our chocolate cake should PM me :-) I work 4 days a week and have Friday's as my "Mummy Day". My DS will be 5 in a couple of weeks and was born at 35 weeks. My DD is 15 months and although she started trying to get out at 23 weeks I kept my legs crossed until 37 weeks.
My pregnancy so far: This has been a massive shock, found out I was pregnant at 4.5 weeks, at 5 weeks had a massive bleed where it was found I had blood clot on my placenta. My ob asked me to go back for an ultrasound at 7 weeks to see if the pregnancy made it and if we had a heartbeat only to find out we have two very healthy heartbeats!!!
Gender prediction: The twins are identical...my DS insists they're girls and he was right last time so I'm sticking with him.
Strangest craving so far: Anything food related is my current craving, I seem to be eating three meals for every time of day.....
