Thanks AnjG, Xant and city*reader. I'm ok now. Just wonder why people don't think before speaking!
Yes I am fortunate that my kids are well behaved etc. But that's no need to wish anything horrible on another!
Either way, I'm happy that we are getting another girl and I hope she turns out like my other 2. If not, that's ok!! I'll be thrilled with a healthy baby either way.

I can't remember who asked which question, so I am going to just go by topics (Sorry ladies - long day).

Expressing - I expressed when Amelia was a baby so her Dad could give a bottle every now and then - mainly Sunday night was Daddy Daughter time, but had a supply in the freezer in case I needed to go out. Because it was not a hugely regular/daily bottle, we used a manual Avent pump, which worked fine. You could try hiring a breast pump to start with and see how you go and if happy with that brand, then you could buy one. A lot of Chemists or Breast Feeding Association have them.

Maternity Leave -
I finished up last time at 34 weeks and pottered around getting things organized. For the last 2 weeks of it I was bored silly and started cleaning windows and doors just for the sake of it, not because I was nesting! I am just glad Amelia was actually born on her due date -if I had to sit around for another 10 days I would have gone crazy! This time I am hoping to finish up end October and have 3 weeks to sort things out. I went back part time after having 12 months off with Amelia and was fortunate that they created a new role for me that fit in perfectly with what we wanted to do. Hoping to do the same this time.

For those that are sick - I hope you are all feeling better soon and not suffering too much!

Crazy pregnancy hormones - I had the crazies - but at work a couple of weeks ago. I had zero tolerance for anyone I worked with and whenever anyone spoke to me, I just wanted to ripe their heads off - I was crazy angry for days on end. Luckily it passed - I think they would have sent me on leave now rather than waiting otherwise!

Mummygirl - You are so lucky that you have 2 well behaved girls - I am worried that I am going to end up with a monster this time and that I have been too lucky first time around that it will be payback to get a horror this time. After hearing you have 2 great girls, I live in hope that I too! I am waiting for the comments to start though like I had last time - are you sure it is one one your carrying/ you must be retaining a lot of fluid/ you are huge! Not the best for a pregnant lady to be constantly told your huge!

Slings - Hoping to buy one tonight off that website - thanks to no3duenov11!

Well it is disco time here - Amelia and her Dad have turned the lights off and turned the mirror ball on and turned up the volume on the iPod and are dancing around in hula skirts! It is hilarious! It has been a good night so far after converting hubby and child that lamb shanks and polenta were a great meal after they have just cleared their plates. I had better go join in on the dancing!
Have a great weekend and chat soon.
