Wee I went to Adelaide shopping today as we have a wedding on the 19th and omg it was so hard to find something that didn't make me look really pregnant or sit funny around my belly... so looking rather pregnant it is, luckily we were planning on telling our friends who will be there that weekend - although they may figure it out before we get a chance to. I was also a little naughty and bought a few bits of baby clothes.. they were just far too cute to leave behind. Miss135 - yay!! its always a relief to see that little flicker Is anyone else suffering from insomnia? I am so tired during the day but come night time I just can't get to sleep

Hi girls Well, once again feeling very, very . Although the nausea seems to last all day mostly, the mornings seem to be the worse - that and late evening. I have run to the toilet again a few times, but nothing coming up. tess11, yes, can totally, totally relate!!! I am making myself get down a weetbix for breakfast - it's all I can face, and even then I'm stuggling big time! I'm munching on an apple now just to try and get some food into me as my body's not happy!! So is the wedding this month? It's funny because I think as soon as you put on maternity clothes, you look more p/g! (not sure whether you bought a maternity dress or not!). It's hard to resist baby clothes too isn't it! lyrikmakrQUOTE 1. Is it ok to eat bacon? Not a lot- a rasher on a steak sandwich? 2. Is everyone taking pregnancy vitamins? 1. I have never heard that you can't eat bacon in p/g. As far as I know (and someone feel free to correct me), it's just like any other meat in your fridge/freezer. It must be thoroughly cooked at a hot temperature, and then eaten straight away - not cold as in leftovers, BLT sandwiches etc. Basically any meat in your fridge (covered or not!) is prone to listeria as it lives in ALL fridges - no matter how clean. Therefore, the only meat that you should eat should be cooked hot. Same for leftovers of any food type. Fruit/vege should be well washed. I am actually having bacon for dinner tonight - cooked in a pasta/stirfry dish. I'm sure I probably ate it last time as well. Also, just remember that the listeria is of most harm to the unborn baby, and apparently, you may have very little symptoms in some cases. 2. Yes, taking vitamins. I was a bit naughty this time though and only started taking them once I found out I was p/g - still feel a bit guilty for that! I'll take them right through the p/g too. Michy85, thanks for the m/s tips! I know that you can get lucozade here, so will have to grab some. I've been having gingerale watered down, but not hot, so that's interesting! Google can be a shocker for sending you into panic waves can't it!! Unfotunately I have had a friend have a missed m/c at 12 weeks with no symptoms what so ever, but I am sure that she was in the very few minority!! You know, I was thinking last night how from the second you find out you're p/g the worry never stops! There's always something to worry about during p/g, then once baby is born, you're constantly worrying about one thing or another (why haven't they woken yet and you think the worst in the middle of the night), and then yeah, I think as a Mum, you never stop worrying! Well, nothing new at this end. Just Hope everyone else is doing ok Kylie
