Has everyone heard about the changes for returns?

Only 90 days allowed for the returns to take place.

I usually wait till I have 3 or 4 to return but I will have to keep an eye on things and make sure I get them in on time.

swimming in a sea of chocolate! :)
Lol My manager said they like them back pretty quickly and they don't refund you til they get them. Last month when I finally dropped them round to her there was stuff in there from last december! hehe

I don't sell much so returns are usually when I ordered a special offer incorrectly these days. lol

Glad i am not the only one. A bit more information on this sort of stuff would be helpful. I had no idea what I was supposed to do with it.

To return products you need to fill out 2 ways first do your returns on teh piece of paper that comes in your order with the camapign of order, product number, reason code, product and return or credit.
You also have to go to the credit or replacement part of your order on the net and fill out the same areass on the form.
your returns need to be returned to your team leader or district manager depending where you live.

Hope this helps you out

Hi all,

Had to laugh at the 90 day new return policy and they claim it is for the sellers benefit. Yeah sure...

Have just seen the new invoice for c15 cannot believe how many items have been shorted or sold out, around 15-20 I think its the worst order ive ever seen.

Maybe if avon concentrated on product availability and quality etc I can see why sellers get frustrated with it.

hope everyones having a good weekend,

elly

I find it always seems to be the same customers who miss out every time with multiple items. I feel so awful having to tell them that once again, the products are not available.

Grrrr.

Hey
I usualy cross the creditcard bit off on my orders forms but must have missed one and now a customer has filled it out with her details.

Can anyone tell me how I use them to pay for her order. I tried doing it on the Net where I normally pay but they ask for the code on the back of the card.

I rang Avon and they said I could do it through IVR and I asked what it stood for and she didnt know. Went through the motions and then tried to talk to someone but the line cut off.

Thought someone on here may be able to advise me.

Thanks
Tracey
