I could have written your post! my heartfelt sympathies to you.
I too have spd and have dislocated my pelvis a number of times with it. I too had nausea last week and my OB explained that it is an influx of that horrible hormone relaxin that us spd sufferers don't need any more of. She explained that the body releases another burst to get things ready and quieten the baby ready for delivery in my case it had effected my digestive/reflux system which caused the nausea and effected my breathing. If it helps to hear it has passed with some help from ginger tablets and my OB finished up giving me some maxalon. HTH to know you are not alone. DS 1: 2 (15/5/03) DS 2: To arrive 12/9/05 (c/s) MC 8/04 + 12/04 |

Apparently High and Low BP have some of the same symptonms. I am having nausea and pain today as well to go along with the Heartburn. Just had some Ginger beer seems to have helped with the nausea, hope it helps with the heartburn. (I am 36 weeks)

Yep had the same thing here. I think it's that relaxin stuff as well. I had it with DS at around this time right up until I had him. Hence why I now sleep completely proped up (not good for the pelvis though).
Be careful if you start to see spots infront of your eyes as well as the dizziness. If they don't go away then it can mean something else might be wrong.
