Have people heard about this?
http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/entertain...r-1225868536575 It's wonderful for them given the tragic death of their son. Wonder whether they had any help. |

I had two friends in school with mothers who had them in their mid 40's. It does happen naturally sometimes.
More power to them. I hope they're very happy. This post has been edited by le_petit_poisson: 20/05/2010, 10:25 AM |

Of course they had help! As if they could get pregnant without it. My bet is that the egg/s were donated.
I wish them all the luck & happiness in the world. |

Not necessarily. My Nanna was 47 when she had my Auntie, who is 22 years younger than my Dad.

My sister's sister in law was pregnant at 48. She thought she had a tumour at first....luckily it turned into a beautiful baby girl!
It does happen naturally, but she could have had donated eggs. |

My Nana was too embarrassed to go to her GP, she was half way when she finally took herself off to outpatients at the hospital. Initially, she thought it was menopause, then she thought it was a growth. THe "growth" is now a grandmother herself. This post has been edited by anon60: 20/05/2010, 12:09 PM |
