I was looking at their website today, have you found out anything else about them as an employer. Sorry I can't help you.

Don't have anything to do with Unity4. Maybe they were better before, judging by the previous responses, but this was my short experience with them:

I do admin work part-time and thought I'd try telemarketing as a sideline because the Seek ad said they'd pay $19 an hour, which I thought was reasonable for a home job. I applied online which took ages. The whole process must have taken an hour and a half. They run you through a series of tests and these are very time consuming. Part of it is like an IQ/reasoning test, and the other part is 200 word responses to questions – quite a few of them. I got a phone call 2 days later saying my application was "successful" and they arranged a phone interview. I asked how exactly are we paid and whether it's cold-calling or whether you get leads. It's all cold-calling and the role is dependent on sales. In this case, the particular campaign was selling animals toys for $70 and you had to make one sale an hour. As soon as I was told that I said no thanks. What makes me angry about the whole thing was – why not warn people on their website about the 1 sale per hour requirement. $70 for a stuffed animal? Maybe that's a reasonable target for a salesperson, I don't know – but I think it's a pretty tall order. The point is – I wasted close to 2 hours on the application process. I could have saved a lot of time if they had advised this somewhere on their website.
