Just got mine delivered today.
They were so efficient and customer service was excellent too. Kept me informed through the whole order process. They had ran out of the pink but they just got in a new batch! http://www.motherhood.com.au/catalog/foogo...de4dd8b547d817a They also threw in a free book and the postage was $6.55 ( I got two bottles but for one I think was around $4.50) Apparently they have food jars the same too. Hi,
I just bought 2 of these as I hated the warm plastic tasting water in the kids water bottles (and the PBA risk). They are absolutely fantastic, they are made by the 'Thermos' Brand, they hold 355ml of water. I put cold water from the fridge in them the other day, 8 hours later (and 2 hours by a Pool in the Sun) the water was still lovely & cold. It took a couple of days of use to get rid of the ever so slight 'metal' taste but now it is just cool water. I am going to order 2 more. PS> They do not leak when held upside down either. Good Luck |

jumpingjack00 - they are 355ml
leebee26 - with the lid closed and in lock position they dont leak. however, if you have the lid open and turn it upside down it does. it says this in the instructions too. i thought that maybe it was faulty but its not. Agree with Blackwolf, the water is staying lovely and cold (so far). I had a look before buying and everywhere I looked they were $21.99. The free book I got is called Mum's the Word - stories mums have written about motherhood the food storage ones look fantastic too! |

for those that have them, how do you get the straw clean?
we don't own a dishwasher and although it would only hold water I'd want to know it was properly cleaned after use. I just bought an ewan bottle today for DD but now DS wants one too |

My DS has had one of these for a few months now and its great, even tap water gets colder just from the metal.
I just wash mine in the dishwasher [top shelf] the straw and plastic piece that is inside the lip just pop out easily, i dont think they should be put in the dishwasher but i haven't had any problems and ive been doing it for months now. Anyway can also really recommend buying well worth the money. big-mummy PS Target have had a similar one lately in our store. |
