So much to do....so little time to do it in!!!!
Hi Everyone,

Well I only have one day of this stupid carby diety thing - thank goodness. I feel bloated and gassy (sorry TMI) and I can't wait to start fasting tomorrow night. If I have to look at another slice of bread.......

Anyway,

Janine - well done on another loss - I'm thinking of getting new scales when I finish SS...a treat to myself. Mine are about three kgs less than the SS ones.

Tuzi - Thanks for the sympathy and a cuppa - but if AF has arrived, you're probably not feeling that great, so I'm sending you back a huge hug and a nice cuppa and a cyber donut! Enjoy!!
Men! I know what you mean. I've learnt to time when I talk to Tim - not when the TV is on, not when the puter is on, and not when he's trying to sleep or eat - gee sounds like a dog doesn't it!!! No, really, I love him to bits, I just have to have his full attention if I'm expecting a response! Good luck for weigh in tomorrow!!

I have to go, Jarrod has just opulled out all the CDs from their cases and is in big trouble with Tim!

Talk later,
Love Chrissie

Good morning everyone. Sorry I didn't get on EB yesterday, was at home on the couch with gastro. Feeling a little better today. And good news, I AM PREGNANT!!! YAYAY!!! EDD is 25 Sept (Grand Final Day in Melb much to DP's delight!!! original.gif ) Doc thinks the expanding uterus is causing the gastro, despite that though I am feeling great so far (touch wood) - I know it is still early days!! It's nice to be able to tell someone the good news, DP and I have decided to keep it hush hush till the 12 week mark this time as with DD we told everyone straight away. Here's hoping I can keep my mouth shut for that long!!

Hope you are feeling better today Tuzi, there is nothing worse than that headache, feels like your head is splitting in two. I didn't end up having my massage as I got the time wrong (I thought it was 9.15am when it was really 10.15am - placenta brain already!!) and DP had a game of golf booked so I postponed it to hopefully this weekend.

Sending some babydust and extra fertility your way for next cycle round Chrissie!! I hope you are feeling better soon!!

So I guess I wont be counting down the kilos with you guys anymore but I'll be sure to pop in often and follow your success. I'll definitely come back and do the breastfeeding program at the end, all you guys will be at goal by then so you'll have to encourage me the rest of the way!!

Better do some work, I'll check in later.

Cheers,
Amanda

Good Morning Ladies,

I am feeling a little better this morning, I think the fact that tomorrow I can be OP again is getting me through it all.

We managed to rescue the CDs last night.... blush.gif Jarrod loves CDs!!! But he wouldn't go to sleep and was still awake at 9.45pm!!!

Tuzi - You did put a smile on my face last night - thank you! The similarities are never ending between us are they? I was thinking yesterday morning of splitting the list....... :gasp:....I almost fell over when you mentioned the same thing...must be an Aquarian thing perhaps? I am Chrissie, Queen of the Lists at home and work. Can't function without my lists......Hope your headache has gone for you...poor chicken!! Have you got weigh in today? Oooh can't wait to hear!

Beck - Thanks for the hugs, I just can't wait to get OP again. Yep, we have watched Nemo a couple of times now and Jarrod even anticipates what's coming up - he gets very worried when Nemo touches the "butt" and when the fish are in the net! Lots of cuddles needed to get through that! He started crying in Big W on Sunday - they had it on one of the screens! Very cute though. He is addicted to Nemo, Monsters, Ice Age, Toy Story and Stuart Little ( he calls that one Dorge - George!). Not to mention the Wiggles! I love Dory - wish I could speak whale!!!

Well lovelies I'm going to go and get some work done, i'm training someone to fill in for me for the rest of the week, so I know everything will take twice as long as normal sad.gif.

Talk later,
Love Chrissie

Morning Everyone,

I have been flat chat for the last few days, only having time to pop in & check my emails.
My last post was on Friday night when I was cooking for my parents. That turned out to be a huge success! Mum & Dad loved the dish, I am going to make it again for friends this Thursday night but with fish instead. The only bad thing in it is the sugar which I just used a tiny pinch of (not the whole tablespoon) and since it spread out throughout the dish I think it should be fine (fingers crossed!). I used my oil allowence in it and the rest I am allowed to eat! Yummo!

I had a mixed day on Saturday. Lucy got up early so when she went back to sleep I said to Andrew that I was going to have a sleep. I had a wonderful deep deep sleep (my first in AGES). He came in later & said he was going to take Lucy for a walk. 40 minutes later when I wake up he is still not home and when I call I find out that he has walked to his friends house & they are playing computer and Lucy hasnt slept yet  So when he comes home we only have enough time to all get ready & go over to a friends house for dinner. Lucy turns into superfreak and just screams & screams as she has only had 2 hours sleep all day & is SO overtired. So I pack up & go home & Andrew stayed & had fun...Men! At least I had an OP dinner when I got home!

I was bad on Sunday. I had a good b'fast but lunch was at my cousins 19th b'day and my nana made this brilliant pasta dish that she makes (a woggy kind of Lasagne!) and I just had to have a piece of that blush.gif I did good the rest of the day though...not one craker, cabanossi or piece of b'day cake entered my mouth AND not one drop of alcohol :gasp: I drank Water all day! For dinner I had steamed vegies and water so hopefully I wont do too bad this week.

Yesterday I went to visit my friend in hospital as he has just had surgery on his spine...lesson to us all "BEND WITH YOUR KNEES"!!!! Poor guy nearly killed himself. Another friend of mine had her 2nd baby 'Tom' yesterday also.

I cant believe all the talk on scales here at the moment! My mum & dad are garage sale freaks and they found me a digital scale on Saturday! It was only $10 and works brilliantly as it says I am 1.5 kg lighter than I thought I was! Its funny though because it also talks to you in this asian/british sounding female voice...so I cant hide from Andrew & say "Yep, Im 55kg honey" cause chicky will yell out "You Are 72.5kg" or as we were joking "One at a time please!" Tounge1.gif I am really happy though because I have wanted digital scales since I started SS, my scales are too hard to read by blind old me so im never 100% sure.

I have something really embarrassing to admit...I didnt even realise I was doing it & I dont know how on earth I messed this up by I have been eating the same categories in one day blush.gif I cant believe how stupid I am but I have been having Turkey for lunch & then a chicken stir fry for tea. I am dumbfounded at what an idiot I am. Its only the most impostant thing on the program & I stuff that up. I am so embarrassed to tell the clinic at weigh in tomorrow.

Chrissie, not long now hon!!!! Think of how good you will feel when you go back OP, it will be like instant motivation to be good! In the meantime will you please have a huge bowl of rice for me ;p

Tuzi, I hope you are feeling better today. I actually like getting AF (Freak! You all scream!)...I weigh less that week!!!!

Sharon, water water water is all I can say. Thats what fills me up & keeps me going. Also...keep busy, thats why Im on here so much...Lol

Sarah, congrats for not putting weight on during your holiday! Thats great news, dont think of it as not loosing, I usually put weight on when Im on a holiday.

Becks, I havent dared to watch Nemo yet. I almost cried in the previews as the story line is so sad how he looses his family sad.gif I just know I would cry the whole way through!

Today I am loading a whole heap of stuff onto ebay to sell. After cleaning my house I have found that I just keep too much crapola. So today it is all going, I also had to earn my keep somehow!

Oh by the way...Chrissie & Tuzi have you seen this weeks Thats Life! Mag? I think your brothers are on the cover....Story headline is "I met my clone by email" Tounge1.gif

Well better go & find the cat...he took his collar off overnight & now I cant hear him doing stealth moves on the lizards!

Will check in later, have a great OP day!

Ok... I am back... and I have learned something... my home scales are MUCH friendlier than the SS ones!!! Oh well... I did weigh myself at home first thing in the morning completely starkers (sorry, TMI!!) so my loss for the week is 2.75kg... have to say I am still happy with that!!!!! My new total is 82.75 and my mini-goal - always have to have one of those up my sleeve - is 77kg by my birthday... I totally know I can do that... (specially if I use my scales, LOL!!!)

Good luck for any weigh-ins today... Have to go as my Mum is coming down shortly and wow does my house need some serious cleaning... eeeeeek... you know what Mum's can be like and mine is a PERFECTIONIST... how on earth she ever bred me is beyond my comprehension coz I am so laid back... anyway... workies call... Congratulations Tuzi!!!! A super loss!!! I knew you would do well, you are my hero twinny!!!!!

Hope the housework isn't too dreary for you...I get into moods where I zip through the house like a cyclone and other times when I just can't be bothered and there is always something better to do.......

Well I am almost finished this stupid carbed up little diety thingy of mine, and I have to say that I cannot wait to be OP again. I think my contract ends at the end of Feb, so Ive got some major losses to rack up before then!
