My DD is almost 4 and I still have that loose stomach skin. I don't look too big, but it still looks like little rolls. Just wondering what I should do about it?
Other than the obvious stop snacking at work original.gif
I go to the gym 1 a week, and plan on running again when it gets warm, but I don't do any sit up etc. Is there something I should be doing.

I have the loose skin on my stomach too.

My DD is 18 months and although it has improved with doing exercise (i doing the treadmill every day) i don't think its ever going to go away.

My DD was a big bub at 10 pounds 2 ounces and i put on 25kgs so i think there is only so much you can stretch and bounce back.

I only have about 1kg till i am my pre-preg weight so i don't think it has alot to do with fat, i think that some bodies bounce back well some don't, mine didn't do so well.

I would say try exercising but also keep in the back of your mind that it may be something that may not completley go away (without a tummy tuck that is biggrin.gif which i have thought of but cannot justify the cost)

Out and proud about my weight loss
I'm in the same boat with the loose skin on my belly! Sucks!

However, I do believe that over time, it has and hopefully will continue to reduce. I also try and do roughly 600 abdominal exercises per week. I mix it up lots and do say 100 crunches in 4 sets of 25. I will then do my lower abs via the bicycle style where you lay on your back and extend each leg slowly out in front, followed by the other. I'll do 5 set's of 20 for these.

Then the plank and I also try and do the cat one where you are on all fours and focus on holding your lower tummy in towards your spine.

My hope/belief, is that over time as the fat around my mid section continues to reduce, the tone from the abdominal exercises will help to reduce the exess skin.

Either that or when all the kids are done and dusted I am having a tummy tuck wink.gif
