Hi everyone waves.gif

As the Moderator of the Trading Rooms I thought it would be good to give members feedback on the operating of the Trading Rooms on a weekly basis. This topic will be pinned to and updated each week (for the first week it will be placed in all threads for reference after this it will be only in the TR Chat thread)

Weekly Trading Room Observations WEEK 1

Firstly it is great to see the Trading Rooms welcomed back with open arms by all traders and have really taken off with all engines blazing. I know alot of you missed the service (including me grin.gif ) and are very happy to see it's successful return to EB

This week I have had to contact several members mainly due to the guidelines below not being followed:

BUMPING
QUOTE
Bumping of a thread is permitted only every 3 days, if you do not adhere to this, you may be removed from the area

NEW ITEMS
QUOTE
New items (with or without ticket) may be sold occasionally. This STRICTLY means NO more than 3 new items per month. Anyone seen to be listing more than this per month may be seen as running a business, and may be banned from the trading rooms.

PHOTOS IN POST
QUOTE
Can I place photos of my goods in my posts?
No. You should upload your photos to another site (such as msn) - and paste in a link.

To make it fair to all members in the Trading Room please familiarise yourselves with the Trading Room Guidelines and follow them.

Will be back next week with an update. Feel free to PM me if you would like to see anything specific included in the updates.

WEEK 2

Another busy week in the Trading Rooms. Welcome to all new traders and HI to all existing traders. It is great to see that members are having success in both getting rid of their unwanted items and scoring some bargains too.

On the flip side, unfortunately there is still a great deal of 'Bumping' of threads in the TR. Due to this, a clarification of the 'Bumping' Rule is now being posted to ensure all members understand of what is and what is not a bump. The Trading Room Guidelines will also be updated with this information for future reference.

Thanks for taking the time to read original.gif
