I though to put my 2 cents -

I would also take:
- heat pack
- tennis ball in a socks for quick massage
- Rescue Remedy
- Arnica 30 - It's a great in post birth healing.

Just a hint for first time mums take super pads instead of maternity pads. They are thicker.
