I know swollen feet and ankles are common in pg, but I have one foot that is very swollen, and the other is only a touch swollen (you wouldn't even notice). The one that is swollen, the ankle is swollen, but the actual top of the foot is really swollen. It has been like this for about 10 days now, but an hour or so ago it went numb and white, making me worry about why one is swollen and not the other?? The feeling has almost come back now, but I am just wondering why it's only one??
Any ideas??? Hopefully it's nothing to worry about, but just thought I'd ask! Mel |

Chances are it is nothing to worry about but your symptoms may indicate a clot which is very serious. I think its worth a call to the hospital just to make sure.

Thanks Soph and Tru, must have been posting at same time!
Tru, I am almost 26 weeks. I will ring the ante natal clinic in the morning and see what they say. I'm sure it's nothing, but best to ask I guess. Mel |
