Is anyone willing to share their before and after weight loss pics?
I have hit a plateau and don't want to loose motivation. I will share mine once i have finished. I will try and find pic of me before starting and one now. ~*Elissa*~ |

Sarah - what an inspiration you are!!! You look fantastic and may I ask how you achieved this. I am currently doing Weight Watchers which is great but am finding after 5kg all motivation is slowly going

I started dieting 15 Feb 2006 so it's been about 15 weeks now but the only before shot I have is at Xmas 2005 as I hated photos back then, still do actually. Sorry about the sour puss face I have on the tonight shot but annoyed with DH at the time as he was stuffing up the photos so fully over it.
