If a cat doesn't like you, then what's wrong with you?
DS is 16 months old and sometimes craps up to 4 or 5 times a day. He is on 3 solid meals a day and is no longer breastfed.

Is it normal for a toddler who is on proper meals, to still crap a lot each day?

My twins are 2years 3 months old and still poo 2-5 times a day. Each. I shudder to think of how many pooey nappies I have changed in the last 2 years.

When it ends.

Some days I still go more than once or even twice a day. DS tends towards every second day, except when he randomly goes 2 or 3 times a day for a day or so. Whereas you can set your watch by DH.

Everybody is different.

DD is 3y7m and goes to the loo for poo at least twice a day.

DS is 1y7m and goes three to four times a day. Thankfully he has recently started to say poo before he does (about 70% of the time) so I don't have so many nappies to clean up because he wants to sit on the loo like his sister.

It can be normal, or it can be from too much fibre...they take a while to manage it....dried or fresh fruit is often the culprit....more than one or two daily serves is too much fibre at that age...no big deal, but can cause a lot of poo...
My SIL's kids are nuts about fruit....at about two they were easily eating four serves or more a day, ESP dried fruit... And going 3-5 times a day....cut back....and back to once or twice a day....
