If you have an Adelaide (or know one!) what nicknames does she get? Also, what is her middle name original.gif

My Adelaide has no nicknames that are anything to do with her name - they are silly endearment-type names that she has been called since she was a newborn or toddler. She has always been called by her full name otherwise.

Her middle name is Clare.

Knew one her nn was "Addy/Addie"

Sweet and suitable for all life stages.
I think middle name was Jane 9nod to a grandmother, from memory)

My niece is an Adelaide, her parents don't like shortened names so we must call her Adelaide.

Her middle names are Loraine Au-Yeung. This is after both grandmothers.

I think that might be a bit of a mouthful with our surname lol.

I love nicknames & would probably not use Adelaide in its entirety that much (our Zachary is mostly Zac or Zaccy).

I know of a lady called Aidie, pronounced Aaydee. That could work.

I know an Adelaide that has the nn Heidi. It comes from the German version of Adelaide, Adelheid.
