My Adelaide has no nicknames that are anything to do with her name - they are silly endearment-type names that she has been called since she was a newborn or toddler. She has always been called by her full name otherwise. Her middle name is Clare. |

Gorgeous name

My niece is an Adelaide, her parents don't like shortened names so we must call her Adelaide.

I love nicknames & would probably not use Adelaide in its entirety that much (our Zachary is mostly Zac or Zaccy). |

I know an Adelaide that has the nn Heidi. It comes from the German version of Adelaide, Adelheid.
