FF car seat for 3yr old and 10 month old to share, with easily adjustable shoulder slot positions

Hi all, My MIL wants to keep onlyhaving one car seat in her car which will fit both my 3yr old and 10 month old interchangeably. However, my almost 3yr old is 95cm and my 10 month old is 75cm. Whilst im happy for my 10 month old to be FF for the odd occasional trip, we need to obviously adjust the shoulder slots each time which in her current seat is an uninstall/reinstall kind of job What i would love is something like the meridian tilt and adjust which is easy to adjust the shoulder harness height without uninstalling the seat, however i'd love one that goes on to be a booster so she gets longer use out of it for my 3yr old. So, are any of the 6month to 8 year car seats (baby love ezy combo especially, but maxirider/infasecure neon etc) able to have the shoulder harness height adjusted easily??

lol checked babylove ezycombo instructions and thats a definite NO Logged onto britax website to check the maxirider AHR and im thinking the new "maxirider AHR EASY ADJUST" might fit my category!!! Now to go and read the instructions!

The only seats I know with frontal adjust are the Meridian, New Maxi and the Maxi Cosi Complete Air http://www.igcdorel.com.au/cms-car-seats/f...mplete-air.phps

Ea you should be able to pick up the Maxi Cosi for $ 320-$350
