So first time mum so have no idea what to expect...
For the last two days i have had alot of rectal pressure and lower back ache ot doesnt come and go it just stays the same. The two days before this i had extremely TMI ALERT loose bms. I know this can be a sign of your body clearing out. She has definately dropped further last time i saw the doctor she said she was 4/5 engaged and in a perfectPosition. Im not having any cramping but have been getting alotOf tightenings that i feel but they dont hurt... Im just wondering if this may be the begginning of the end or just another one of pregnanxy delights. Im now 39 weeks so if it is no issues with having baby now i just want to know if i shouldBe looking out for anything else? (also the only pain i have had is in myLegs they were aching all last night and when i woke up they were okay just a little bit sore but i couldnt get to sleep with them last night?) Any help on what in experiencing would be great! |

Good luck! My best advice is when you think to yourself "I think that was a contraction?" it wasn't. I remember thinking every tightening was the real deal and I was almost ready to deliver and then when they really started I was in absolutely no doubt!

The key give away for me was period type pain. Weeks before giving birth I experience loose BM's and back pain.
I had 3 days of pre-labour where I was having irregular contractions. They we similar to my BH but stronger and I would have extreme tightenings and period like pain at the same time. Good luck op. I hope you meet your little one soon |
