Gabriel is pleasant. I like most G's though, Gideon, Gareth, Gilead, even Gavin...
Honestly, I know its more popular, but I prefer Aidan to Edan. Or Alan? Or just Dan. Luke is nice. I guess there's a reason you can't use it up front? |

Quite like Gabriel. What style are you looking for ?? What are your other kids' names ?? I do like Luke. How about: William / Will / Liam George Harry / Harrison / Henry Nate / Nathaniel Hunter / Archer Levi James Edward Charles Rafferty Theo Leo Felix Frederick / Freddie Hendrix |

Sorry, not a fan of Edan or Gabriel - though prefer Gabriel if had to choose. I agree with pps - Is Aidan a possibilty, or Luke?

I really love Gabriel!
I don't like Edan as much and wouldn't know how to pronounce it. Is it kind of like 'ee' and then 'dan' as in Daniel? I think Eden is better, but Aidan would be better still, IMO. |

Love Gabriel
After three boys, when fourth was due (sex unknown) we tossed up Gabriel and Raphael - Rafe for short. In the end we were leaning toward Raphael, as we preferred Rafe to Gabe. Ended up moot - had a girl |

I like both names and would keep the spelling Edan for a boy. Good Celtic name. Gabriel Luke suffers from the clash of the 'ls'. The combo of Edan Luke works better.
