Hi Guys,

I am after some more boy name ideas sad.gif Our last name starts with "R", hubby's name is Samuel (nn Sam), first son is named Jack.

Really love the name Eli, however one of hubby's cousins has a kid called Eli already who is about 4 - not sure I can go there. Which sucks cos I think those names go nicely together, sadness!! I loved the name Will when we were deciding on a name for Jack, but then the in-laws starting calling him "little Willy" which gave me the cranks, lol.

We prefer names on the shorter side. This naming thing is driving me batty!!

Any help is appreciated original.gif
Thanks!

Are you close to the Eli in your family? We have 2 Kates on the same side of the family, it's never been a big issue.

What about Ari or Arlo as alternatives to Eli? I also like Hugh, Joel, Dane, Ryan as they are short and simple names.

OP, do you tend towards modern or classic names? Jack kind of fits both categories so it's a bit hard to guess your preferred style.

Husbands cousin?
4 years old now?

I say go with Eli.

You are not 'stealing' it! It does sound lovely with Jack.

But I'm biased - I have an Eli(jah).
And a Jake (Jacob)

Do it biggrin.gif
