Hi everyone,

I'm new to TTC and first time using these forums, so sorry if this is long.

We started trying for our first baby 1 month ago. I have irregular and long cycles, and this week was diagnosed with PCOS.

We did the deed every few days just enjoying ourselves and then last week I had some lower abdomen pressure/cramping and was really tired, but otherwise no symptoms. I then had bleeding for 3 days (brown) and 2 days needed to wear a panty liner. It wasn't as heavy as my normal AF but it was still heavier than what ive read about implantation bleeding (was a bit erratic - ie when I wiped there wasn't much, but in the liner there was a bit over the day).

Now this week I started with a headache, followed by tiredness and now the past 3 days sensitive breasts , more sore on the underside of them. Today I also woke feeling so irritable and grumpy which is not like me. My body temperature is normally around 36.6 and the past 2 days ive checked it (as actually thought I was coming down with something) and it was 37.1.

Im really confused as dont want to think too much into it, but could this be a 'proper' AF coming on or early signs of pregnancy? Ive taken a few tests and theyre all negative.

thanks heaps :-)

honestly its very difficult to say, particularly if you are having irregular cycles at the moment. I would just wait and see what happens. If you have come off BCP then you may be getting symptoms you never had while on it. You didnt mention if you were on BCP but thougth I would mention it could change your usual symptoms of AF etc

Hey,

Thanks for your reply. No, I haven't been on BCP at all. Its got me confused since I've never had weird periods when they do come, if I had experienced this before then I'd put it down to PCOS but its definitely out of the norm for me. Guess can only wait and see! I'm new to this so still trying to get my head around all the different things that can happen when ttc !
