I want to come up with a three week meal plan (to use all the time) and want to have 3 meat free (no chicken or fish either) meals in each week.

Bit stuck for ideas, besides veggie pasta bakes, jacket potatoes etc?

My kids eat just about everything.

Had a lovely lentil shephers pie recently made for me when we brought DS2 home. Preferred it to the original!

Healthy Food Guide magazine have some nice recipes. I've got one for corn and zucchini fritters, but they don't seem to have it on their website. Here are a couple of other fritter recipes which seem nice:

http://www.healthyfoodguide.com.au/recipes...cchini-fritters
http://www.healthyfoodguide.com.au/recipes...d-mint-fritters

Tonight we had vegetarian pizza, again from a Healthy Food Guide recipe, but again, it's not on their website! It's basically basil pesto (I use basil paste) and sweet chilli sauce mixed together to put on the base, then on top put thinly sliced red onion, thinly sliced capsicum and thinly sliced snow peas, zucchini and carrot peeled into long ribbons, then put on little blobs of low fat ricotta (1/4 cup in total, for 2 pizzas, to serve 4), and 1 cup grated low-fat cheese. Sprinkle with rocket leaves before serving.
The first time we had it, DH was like 'Where's the pineapple? This looks weird!' but ended up really liking it.
