Can anyone help me with the process for the centre link on-line services?

I went through the process and it said I had achieved a high level but then went to a blank screen. I went to try and log on but I dont have a C A N. Where does this number come from? I only have a C R N

There is no other way to update your income now that I can find. You used to be able to do it over the phone but it doesnt offer that now.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It should be the same thing. CAN- customer access number
And CRN - customer reference number.

All just to confuse you lol

I am only human...
Your CAN and CRN are two totally different numbers.

You would have been given the CAN when the online set up was successful.

The only way now will be to call Centrelink.
