Days - Tuesday and Wednesdays - 7.30am until 6.30pm. Anyhours outside will be either given in lieu of a Tuesday or paid at an agreedhourly rate.

Package includes -

Full board and permanent accommodation- including food, 2large rooms (with king size bed) with ensuite and one room can be used as alounge. The area is segregated off from the main living area in the house. Sohas maximum privacy with seperate entry into the house.

Unlimited broadband and phone including unlimited calls andtexts - you provide the phone.

There is additional work if wanted in the child care centreand supermarket down the street as well as local nanny-sharing opportunities.

What are you planning to pay the nanny?

Surely you are not expecting someone to work 22 hrs for room and board? I'm not sure that you are being realistic. We pay our nanny $25 per hour which would be $550. This is significantly more than room & board!! Even at the bottom end of the nannying spectrum, you would be looking at $20 per hour- that's $440 for 22 hours and again worth significantly more than room and board.

What do you mean by assist to obtain qualification - do you mean you'll pay for the course? I think that sounds odd. What exactly is the Cert III you are looking for? To me trustworthy, reliable, responsible mean pretty much the same thing. Can you be more specific about what attributes you are looking for?

Can you simplify the board description? Maybe something like:

Full board provided, including all bills (electricity, broadband internet/phone). The accommodation consists of two large private rooms (and ensuite) with a separate external entrance.

Also, I'm not sure you can claim there is work available at the local childcare or supermarket. If you are going to include that then you need to tone it down using words like "possible".

Working with children check? Police clearance? I'd be adding thesse as a requirement - both becaus the WWC checks different things to a general police clearance.

And yeah, the work bit on the end is well, weird. Are you the owner of these establishments?

I wouldn't put in the bit about the work, unnecessary. Sounds pretty reasonable in terms of compensation for the childcare, it's 1 kid and a baby who would sleep. I would perhaps say full board included for the right applicant, terms and conditions to be discussed upon application. Also Blue Card and First aid certificate they must have that.
